Our main practice during the evening is Zazen, seated Meditation practice. Sitting together in silence we turn our attention inward and seek to awaken to the truth of that which we truly are. We start the evening with a round of Zazen(sitting Meditation) followed by Kinhin (walking Meditation), another round of Zazen and finishing with Chanting of a number of Suthras. Along the way, you’ll pass the Octagon, a historic remnant of the 18th-century Bellevue Estate. Becareful when accessing the busy car park and the motorway !
