Think push-ups, squats, and core work scaled to your level. **No gym experience needed**, just a willingness to move and chat! Get stronger every week and build a habit! All **ages, genders and fitness levels welcome**! The session will consist of a full 360 routine of: **5 minute warm up:** including exercises like butt kicks and shoulder rotations. **5 minute plyo:** Train explosiveness at your level. **35/45 minute strength**: to build muscle. Easy, intermediate to hard versions for every level. **15 minute HIIT:** for some happy endorphins! Sunday Walk in St. Anne’s Park. We will be meeting at the Red Stable Gate in St Anne’s Park, how to get there you can get the 130 Bus there and yes, there is a car park too. We can go to the Olive Room Cafè before or after the walk, there is toilets inside and outside the premises. The walk will be around 1 in half hours long, dogs are welcome too on leads! It is optional to do Dollymount Beach too, where is there is a Cafè there called Happy Out, there is inside and outside seating too, if you want to go their.
