I have a degree in dance as well, so I add elements of movement that take care of the body as well as challenge it. If you are looking for a yoga class to help deal with stress, tension, or stiffness, this flow will relax both mind and body. Come as you are in confortable clothes you can move in. This first week we will be focusing on releasing the spine and back to relieve any built up tension. El Rol en Viu consisteix a afegir-li una acció més teatral i dramàtica a aquests enfrontaments. Si t'interessa aprendre a combatre, emular les lluites de les teves pel·lícules favorites, lluitar amb espasa, subjectar un escut, dominar els secrets de l'equilibri de peus o fer fitnes d'un mode diferent; el Softcombat i el Rol en Viu són una activitat que has de provar. **És durant el matí de 11h a 13.30h quan major quantitat de participants es reuneixen. A la tarda, es queda(a vegades) un petit grup, però no es pot garantir la seva presència fins a les 18h, sobretot a l'hivern. Si algú trenca l'equip d'una altra persona, el propietari pot reclamar una compensació econòmica pels materials. 7. Els **menors de 14 anys** hauran d'anar acompanyats d'un adult responsable. Els menors de 16 anys hauran de portar un document emès per un tutor responsable, eximint de responsabilitat als Organitzadors (o confirmar meetup conforme l'acceptació d'aquestes normes). 8. **L'Organització no es farà responsable** de cap mena de lesió, mal o ferida que pugui succeir durant els entrenaments. 9. Diverteix-te i gaudeix, és un gran esport. 10. **L'organització es reserva el dret a vetar** la participació als qui consideri, sense haver de donar explicacions. Sobretot davant persones que hagin demostrat de manera present o passada un comportament deshonest, vexatori o frau davant l'entitat, els seus membres o equip de direcció. 11. **The Data-Driven Brand: Using Analytics to Shape Perception** Can you use analytics to improve tacos? This being CBUSDAW, we think the answer is probably “yes”, but we’re not sure how to implement or test this theory. For our April meetup we’ve got Sara Kear, CMO of Condado Tacos, to investigate this delicious question. Sara will explore how she blends quantitative data and qualitative customer feedback to shape brand positioning and drive business decisions.
