Yoga Nidra is a guided deep rest practice designed to support nervous system regulation and internal restoration. In this session, participants lie down comfortably while remaining gently aware. The body rests deeply while attention is guided through breath, sensation, and subtle awareness practices. Modern neuroscience often refers to this state as non-sleep deep rest (NSDR). In this space, the nervous system begins to regulate naturally. Stress responses soften, and the body can shift from survival mode into repair. The session is especially supportive for people experiencing stress, fatigue, sleep challenges, or emotional overload. No experience is required. Sejdeme se venku nalevo od vstupu do Arkád (z metra C Pankrác) před kavárnou Starbucks. Část trasy je trošku off-road, tak lepší budou turistické botky. Prosím, přijďte včas. The walk is 5km so it will take us a bit over an hour. We will see the modern buildings, Central Park (yes!), hidden places as well as Vyšehrad. The meeting point is outside on the left of the main entrance to Arkády (coming from the undeground C Pankrác) in front of the Starbucks. Usually we run around 50mins and it is up to everyone how many kilometres. We welcome all levels of runner.
