Entwicklung und Test laufen getrennt, Feedbackschleifen verlängern sich und es entstehen Wissenssilos. Die Folge: Fehler werden spät entdeckt, Korrekturen teurer und das gemeinsame Verständnis für Anforderungen und Nutzer:innen bleibt lückenhaft. Exploratives Testen bietet hier eine einfache und wirkungsvolle Lösung. In selbstorganisierten Sessions können Teams ohne Vorwissen unmittelbar starten. Test-Chartas geben Orientierung, ohne die kreative Erkundung einzuschränken. Schon kurze, fokussierte Sessions liefern wertvolles Feedback, decken blinde Flecken auf und fördern den Wissensaustausch im Team. So profitiert das ganze Team vom Knowledge-Aufbau – sei es fachliches Wissen, Testmethoden oder Aspekte wie Barrierefreiheit.
