Arról lesz szó, hogyan ne legyünk hülyék, milyen törvényi keretei vannak a kibertérnek, honnantól és miért beszélünk bűncselekményről, hol sértünk jogot (vagy éppen nem), egyáltalán milyen jogsértéseket tudunk elkövetni, illetve milyen jogi keretek között tudjuk legitim módon, kockázatmentesen végezni a munkánkat. Tényleg nem lesz hekkelés, de igyekezni fogok, hogy érthetően, nem csak a paragrafusokat, hanem a jog szellemiségét is bemutassam Nektek, illetve néhány kedves esetet körül járva elmélyítsük a jogérzékenységet.
