Aloha Dear Friends! Welcome to the Kowloon Mindfulness Community. Together we explore and practice mindfulness to learn how to live in the present moment. We hope to cultivate a safe space for people to try mindfulness practices such as meditation, mindful walking, and tea ceremony.
The meeting location is at [Sacred Space Therapy and Wellness studio](https://maps.app.goo.gl/5wUBXwXE7zrZZaXu7) at Lai Chi Kok (Exit Lai Chi Kok MTR D2, go into Great Wall Factory Building. We are on the 9th Floor, Unit B5). We meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Meetings are in English (sorry, no Cantonese translation unless someone is willing to do so). It is free to join though we ask for donations, which help us cover costs and keep it open to the public. Our weekend Yoga sessions have been running since 2010. This practice group is for anyone interested in a Hatha Yoga practice! Our purpose is to release the stresses from the week gone by and prepare you for the week ahead. 🧘♂️
**Our practice includes:**
* Hatha Yoga postures
* Pranayama Breathing
* Guided affirmations
* Dynamic stretching flow
* Combined into mindful sequences
**What to bring?**
Yoga mat, Water bottle & wear comfortable clothing.

Buddhist Meditation and Martial Art Seminar
This one of a kind seminar is designed to introduce the two precious gems in Buddhism: Wisdom in meditation (Dhyāna) and martial art (Wing Chun kungfu).
It aims to give participants a first hand and HASSLE-FREE experience on meditation techniques, marital art applications, and various Buddhist-Chinese traditional practices on wellness.
Buddhists and non-Buddhists are welcomed to participate and improve STAMINA, STATE OF MIND, COORDINATION & build up exquisite and practical self-defense skills.
