Let's play badminton at Sports Centre Olšanka. We'll meet at 10.40 and play for 60 minutes. If you have a Multisport card please bring it along, as it will make the court free for you and also reduce the cost for others. We will run a very scenic river section from Ledečko to the Sázava town, which is known for a monastery and the Kavalier glass-factory. *The trip is suitable for people who haven't canoed before as long as they can swim. You should also be somewhat physically coordinated and have patience to learn a new motor skill!* I'm NOT a certified instructor but I have taught countless people the basics of canoeing. DIFFICULTY: Easy to Medium (depending on the water level on the day) About 12 km / 8 miles. There are 3 weirs\* and some gentle rapids. \* A weir ('jez' in Czech) is a little dam regulating the flow of the river. LOGISTICS We will meet already at **7:45 AM (!)** in front of the main ticket office at the Prague Main Railway Station. We’ll be aiming to be back in Prague by 19:00. Join the Introverts of Columbus at Quarry Trails Metro Park for an afternoon walk in the Park. We'll meet near the parking lot area for about 15 minutes before heading out to chat and hike through the metro park.
