We are back with our recurring Wednesday or Tuesday session by the **BRCG crew**. This week, we’re meeting at **Lesseps or Arts** to optimize our route and squeeze every last drop of daylight out of the Tuscan-style golden hour over Barcelona. 🌅 We’ll be heading straight for the legendary **Arrabassada**. In broad terms Parkour is about overcoming obstacles, both physically and mentally. In this class you will learn and drill the fundamentals of Parkour. Each class will be a full body workout, using only your own weight. We will work on improving our strength, mobility, flexibility and endurance. We do this by running, jumping, climbing and balancing. The workouts take place in an urban environments: on flat ground with obstacles, walls, edges and railings. Wear multiple layers of clothes so you can adjust as you get warmer/cool off. Minimum age for this class is 18 years old. Instruction are in English and basic Spanish. ## Taller de Fotografía Teórico Práctico Taller práctico de fotografía centrado en la exploración visual del barrio. La propuesta combina una primera parte de introducción y análisis de referentes fotográficos con una salida para captar imágenes en el espacio urbano, para acabar con una puesta en común en la que se compartirán y comentarán las fotografías realizadas. **A quién va dirigido** A personas interesadas en la fotografía, con o sin experiencia previa, que tengan ganas de observar el barrio desde una mirada creativa y personal. **Objetivos** Acercarse a distintas miradas fotográficas sobre el espacio urbano. Desarrollar la capacidad de observación y composición a través de la fotografía. Experimentar con la fotografía como herramienta de expresión y relato visual. Fomentar el intercambio y la reflexión colectiva a partir de las imágenes. **Metodología** El taller se divide en tres partes: Presentación y análisis de referencias fotográficas. Salida fotográfica por el barrio para poner en práctica los contenidos trabajados. This hands-on class will explore the unique aspects of the street photography genre. Michael Koren will be your guide as you create compelling photographs that go beyond the ordinary snapshot. First, you’ll learn pro level tips and techniques and discuss privacy issues associated with street photography. Then, with Michael’s guidance and direction, the group will head out to photograph near the White House in Lafayette Square.
