Participants will explore the deeper, spiritual meanings behind the zodiac signs and planet, and the 7 Rays, learning how these celestial energies influence the soul’s journey and purpose by looking at their own chart and analyzing themselves. Through guided discussion, and meditative reflection, attendees will begin to decode the symbolic language of astrology and gain tools for aligning more consciously with their inner purpose. Eva holds a Ph.D.E. in Advanced Esoteric Sciences from the USR, an alternative university in the USA. Don Valley Trail Hikes have so much to offer - especially as the weather gets more warm. The 8 km hike is not difficult but there are some hills. You will get some good exercise. Everyone who has attended before has always enjoyed the hike. After we go to the Farmers Market at the Brickworks which is really good. Lets get a good turn out. It took a little time to encourage settlers to develop the land due to the inhospitable environment, but settlers moved in over the following decades. With the historic village of York Mills adjacent, a school, post office, pottery, blacksmith, livery, stable, store, cemetery and St. John's Anglican Church served Scottish, Irish and English immigrants. The history of modern Hogg's Hollow began in the 1920s with the creation of lots, and homes reflected the beauty of the English countryside. The Baron Renfrew School opened in 1925 to replace a structure at 45 York Mills Road that was destroyed by fire. Hogg's Hollow is certainly far from the tourist centre to the south, and is well worth exploring. With Yonge Street its main street, the community has a fascinating history that has long gone uncovered. Give Hogg's Hollow a look and you might stay awhile. I promise!
