Wanting to connect deeper with your partner? Looking for new ways to be intimate? Hoping to foster love, awareness, and communication in your relationship?

**Workshop facilitator**
Hi! My name is Sophie. My passion for Tantra is rooted in a deep spiritual yearning and an inner knowing that Tantra is my path. My desire to teach Tantra has been sparked by having witnessed my own growth and healing as a result of these practices and it is inspired by a vision to create a more beautiful world.
I create a space that is loving and nurturing, with a strong emphasis on ensuring that you feel save and supported. My workshops are gentle yet transformative, spiritual yet grounded and always heart-centered. I'm passionate about bridging the wisdom of ancient Tantra with modern-day practices.

sMove! Winter Training – Moving into Your Potential ❄️✨
### ***This is a closed course that can only be booked and attended as a whole.***
***So it’s best to join one of the other sMove! trainings beforehand – either on Thursdays in the park or online on Saturdays: [www.baerbelsinger.de/smove ](www.baerbelsinger.de/smove)***
\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-
### Sensing and Expanding
sMove! invites you to expand your sensations and ways of expression through the body. The movements are simple and playful – yet they go deep: by moving with awareness, you discover qualities within yourself that are often covered by habit or tension.
### The Body as a Container
The body is more than muscles and bones – it is a container of memories, energy, and possibilities. In sMove! training, we explore this potential through rhythm, new movements, and focused attention. Each movement becomes an opportunity to sense more clearly, to shift old patterns, and to unfold new qualities – vitality, calm, presence, joy.
### Clarity through Intention
What makes sMove! special is not performance or perfection, but the direct experience of your body paired with intention, precision, and letting go. When you allow your body to guide you, space opens: your mind becomes quieter, energy can flow, aliveness grows. sMove! strengthens you inside and out – with more flexibility, strength, and ease.
### Experiencing Community
In the group, connection arises. Everyone moves in their own way – and yet we resonate with the shared rhythm. This collective presence builds trust in your own strength, encourages curiosity, and makes it easier to try something new.
### Who is sMove! for?
sMove! is open to everyone – previous experience is recommended (feel free to ask).

Wolf Huddle – monthly circle (live)
**A down-to-earth men's circle**
**for self-care, connection and resilience this Winter**
*This month's focus: How does play and fun look in mid-winter?*
When nights are long and the sun is scarce, Berlin can feel cold and lonely. *Wolf Huddle* offers a way to balance that out. Each month men gather to practice self-care in supportive community.
Through guided group and individual activities, we explore mental wellbeing, nervous-system regulation, and simple strategies to bring calm and connection into the darker months — tactics to keep the oxytocin batteries charged.
**What we’ll do**
Each session blends conversation, reflection, movement, learning, and optional platonic touch. You’ll be invited to name your own needs, set your own boundaries, support others, and join exercises shaped by the group: From handshakes and supportive contact — perhaps gentle massage or other ways you’d like to be nurtured physically — to self-regulation exercises, journalling, storytelling, and guided visualisations.
**What it's for**
Wolf Huddle is a chance to explore trust and fraternal bonds, the warmth and strength of relaxed company. We huddle not like a sports team, but in mutual respect and support. Along the way you may learn to feel more at ease saying 'no', release a little loneliness, or make some room for clarity, care, and joy.
**What it’s not**
Not a cuddle event or casual hangout. It’s a professionally facilitated, trauma-sensitive space where your boundaries are welcome and your sovereignty is central.
**Reserve your spot**
via [bank transfer](https://zigmal.org/wolf-huddle/),
adding *Wolf Huddle + your first name*, and a *contact method*
Contribution for BMG members:
**35 €** standard
**25 €** low income\*
If you decide to show up spontaneously on the evening, you're welcome to bring cash - but it is helpful for the planning to know in advance that you'll be coming.
֎ Bring a notebook, pen, and comfortable clothing
֎ The space is shoe-free, so warm socks are welcome.
֎ Cancel up to 24 h ahead for a full refund.
*\*Some men have asked what counts as 'low income': You're not expected to provide any kind of proof of being on a low income - it's entirely up to you... if €35 feels like too high a hurdle for you at the moment, then feel free to use the lower option.*
**About the facilitator**
**Hans** here from the Berlin Men’s Group. I'm a certified systemic trauma counsellor and touch trainer with twelve years of specialising in men's issues. I enjoy bringing depth, creativity and humour to my work.

Couple Candlelight Yoga - A Date-Night Experience for Couples
**Donation based** \| Feburary 28th 2026 \| Doors open at 18:30 \| Start at 19:00 \| MahaYoga Zentrum
**A Night for Two—Beyond the Ordinary**
Step away from the usual dinner-and-a-movie and into a world of soft candlelight, soulful movement, and shared discovery. Couple Candlelight Yoga is a romantic evening designed for couples—whether newly in love or deeply rooted—to explore connection through the art of couple asanas and meditative stillness.
Together, you’ll move through a curated sequence of partner yoga poses, practiced both individually and in unison with the group. Between the asanas, short music meditations will guide you inward, offering space to reflect, feel, and attune to each other’s energy.
This is more than a yoga class—it’s a journey into the inner universe of your partner. You’ll uncover new feminine and masculine qualities, deepen intimacy, and begin to build a shared, non-verbal language of trust and tenderness. It’s an invitation to rediscover the pure eros that brought you together, and to create a sacred space where two hearts meet and expand.
**Evening flow**
18:30 – Doors open, soft arrival
19:00 – Doors close, candlelit practice begins
19:00 – 22:00 – Couple asanas and music meditations

** HOW DOES IT WORK?**
We start with a short & sweet intro talk followed by a few light-hearted group games to warm up. ** WHAT THEY SAY**
“Great way to connect with people in a more meaningful way. Get to the heart of the matter, dive straight into what really counts!” - Matthias
“F\*ck the Small Talk changes the narrative from "Where are you from?" to "When was the last time you laughed uncontrollably?" and I think that's beautiful.” - Monika
“I loved F\*ck the Small Talk, I was a little bit nervous at first but they are pros at making you feel comfortable with the rest of the group, the activities are really fun and I enjoyed every second (consider that the one who's saying this is very, very shy). Give it a try!” - Brenda
"It’s a wonderful experience, it’s like being a kid again, when you were at the park, playing with other kids, and just decided you were going to be best friends for the next hours. Maybe you’ll never see those kids again. But that hour was amazing because you both opened up and trusted each other." - Sara
