They can serve with minimal double faults and demonstrate improving control at the net, successfully blocking volleys and handling slower incoming shots with consistency. The lesson will start with rally drills and then play games to emphasize the rally drills. Finally, we will finish up with service games. Players will constantly hit and move with minimal breaks.
