Svět AI se hýbe rychleji, než stíháme psát dokumentaci. Každý týden přijde nový „killer model“ a vývojáři přebíhají od jednoho toolu k druhému. Výsledkem často není vyšší produktivita, ale: * workflow se rozpadá při každé změně modelu * roste bezpečnostní a procesní riziko * know-how zůstává v jednotlivcích místo v týmu A právě tady vzniká prostor pro náskok.
