Ce deuxième cours portera sur la captation de la dynamique des poses, les méthodologies qui peuvent le permettre, et leur restitution! On se retrouve à 19h30, mais qui veut peut arriver au local à partir de 19h pour grignoter, discuter! Il y aura du thé et du café pour qui veut, il faut retirer ses chaussures car c'est une salle de danse (donc les bottes à lacets attendront une autre soirée). Notre unicité se replie, notre expression se filtre, et notre vie devient plus petite que ce que nous portons réellement. Le breathwork agit comme un espace de permission accordée, où le corps peut enfin relâcher ces mémoires, où le système nerveux peut retrouver de la sécurité, et où, doucement, ce qui était retenu peut recommencer à circuler. Le système nerveux ne fait pas la différence entre un danger réel… et une blessure ancienne qui se réactive. Une situation ordinaire qui active une ancienne mémoire, et sans s'en apercevoir le corps bascule en mode survie : fuite, lutte, figement. Cela arrive à chacun de nous. Non pas parce que quelque chose ne va pas — mais parce que notre système a appris à nous protéger ainsi. \*\*\* Respirer peut devenir un chemin de retour. Le breathwork parle directement au corps, là où la compréhension mentale ne suffit plus. En respirant consciemment, nous envoyons un message de sécurité au système nerveux.
