Obwohl Scrum bereits seit 2014 in der Softwareentwicklung verankert ist, bedeutete dieser Wandel einen tiefgreifenden organisatorischen und kulturellen Schritt. In dieser Session berichtet ein Mitglied des Transformationsteams, was in den letzten zwei Jahren im agilen Umfeld der CSS mit rund 500 Mitarbeitenden geschehen ist. Themen wie agile Führung, Zusammenspiel zwischen Team, ART und Portfolio, Kommunikation, Kulturwandel und Mindset-Change stehen dabei im Mittelpunkt.
