Taiji is a precise and refined practice. Through consistent training over time, it develops inner clarity, elastic strength, and a deeper level of the Mind. I am opening my regular Taiji group in Zurich for several introduction evenings in March and April. These evenings are an opportunity to experience the practice and get to know my way of teaching. There is no expectation of immediate commitment — the intention is simply to explore whether this path feels right for you. The teaching is bilingual (German & English) and adapts naturally to the group. During the introduction evenings, we will explore: * Loosening exercises from the tradition of Master Huang Xingxian * The beginning of the Taiji short form * First partner exercises (Tuishou) * Meditation No previous experience is necessary. A friendly get together for people who like to play boardgames. You are welcome to join. We can converse in English or German. You may bring your own games or we have quite an extensive cupboard full of games you are welcome to use. There are always people who will explain games, so no need to worry. Just come.
