Well. like many of us I had to blink twice on Sunday as the 2 Hour Marathon barrier was finally broken in a real race, not once, but twice, an incredible feat. However our runs don't last anywhere near 2 hours, or 1 Hour 59 minutes and 30 seconds. then again, they aren't 42.195Kms long either, only around 4Km, but if you are inspired by *Sabastian Sawe's* achievement and want to take your first step on the same road, why not join us this Wednesday for our 4Km run to the **Lower Deck in Portobello**, where after the run you can discuss his record and how we can get near breaking 2 hours ourselves (at least for me, at the Half Marathon Stage!), over a pint or two. For newcomers, our Group Runs are great fun, safe for all, and once the run is complete, we can share a beer, have a good chat, make new friends, and look forward to the following week. About us: The Tibetan Dharma and Meditation Group is part of a Buddhist organisation based in Taiwan, which is centred on one of the greatest living Rinpoches (teachers) in the world at the moment. It aims to introduce people living in Ireland to Buddhist teachings and practices that have been passed to Rinpoche through his masters and their masters going back many, many generations in order to benefit and bring peace to all sentient beings.
