🌈 Queer Sundowner auf der Terrasse des Wien Museums
For English scroll down.
Adresse
Wien Museum Karlsplatz
Karlsplatz 8, 1040 Wien
\-\-\-
We are meeting for a relaxed sundowner on the terrace of the Wien Museum, with a view over Karlsplatz and hopefully some evening sun.
The Wien Museum is open longer on Thursdays. The permanent exhibition "Vienna. My History" is free and can be visited without a ticket. If you like, you can visit the museum before or during the evening, but this event is mainly a casual get-together rather than a guided museum visit.
A lovely detail: the Wien Museum is queer-led. This evening is also a relaxed chance to meet new people, especially if you are coming alone or do not know anyone yet.
Meeting point
6:30 PM upstairs at the terrace / café bar "& töchter" inside the Wien Museum.
Good to know
\- The permanent exhibition is free to visit\.
\- Food and drinks are self\-paid\.
\- New people are very welcome\. If you come alone\, just come to the meeting point \- we will help you connect with the group\.
\- In case of very bad weather or if the terrace is unexpectedly closed\, we will find a suitable alternative in the building or nearby\.
THURSDAY👋⚽FOOTBALL FRIENDLY 20:30-22:00 (Donaucity) w/ SORIN & Video Highlights
Things to know before playing:
Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls;
We play Thursday Night Football (outdoor only) . We play 90 minutes (kick off is at 20:30, and we meet at least 15 minutes before for a warm up phase). Post-Corona football matches are most likely between 14-16 and 28-32 players. If you would like to join please bring artificial turf shoes (like the ones for indoor turf) and shin pads (not mandatory but definitely recommendable).
All I ask is that you come with a good mood, be respectful to everyone, and pay online using the link below.

We play light: no sliding, hard tackling, fighting, screaming, & hopefully no injuries. We need to respect current regulations in Vienna, Austria.
The main priorities are to have fun and being safe. The drinks are relatively free after the game in the local pub, served to those who have shown fantastic football fair-play skills. We’ll confirm the location, the pitches, and the dressing room numbers via our dedicated Football WhatsApp group. Keep an eye out for the group messages. See you all soon.
Sorin SMS/ WhatsApp +43 6764276984 (please ask to be added to our football groups). We will probably need to confirm your presence if you are coming for the first or second time.
Important management rule:
\> "No shows" are penalized with 10€ fee\. Please remove your name from the list at least SIX\!\!\! \(6\) HOURS before the event\. Book a place via FootballExperiences\.NET using this link
[Kick A Ball via FOOTxp.COM](https://footballexperiences.net/kickaball/)
One small final note:
Please avoid trying to take justice in your hands. If someone is talking bad, complaining, insulting someone, fouling on purpose or committing the usual football shenanigans, please let the organizers know. Measures will be taken, we assure you. Any misbehavior on your part, such as responding in an obscene way, fighting, or leaving the pitch is not a practical and diplomatic way of resolving the issues (it tends to create more tension and cause more problems). Let’s be respectful and mature and try to enjoy the game we all love. That’s why we’re all here. Get to know people from all over the world and have fun!
Thank you.

Social Hike: Beethoven Hills + Seegrotte
Be inspired like Beethoven, who roamed these hills in 1814. After gathering at Vienna Main Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof) we'll catch a 20-minute train to a quaint municipality just outside Vienna. A short walk will lead us straight through town and up to its thick walled neo-Gothic church. There, we start our proper hike up and around this picturesque mountain with its token 12th-century castle, which also starred in Stephen Herek's "The Three Musketeers". Expect a lush pine forest, magnificent views and impressive medieval architecture.
But that's not all. Underway we'll also take a detour to the nearby Seegrotte, Europe's largest underwater lake. A mystical place brimming with history.
Price includes train tickets and friendly host. Entrance fee for the 1-hour Seegrotte guided tour and boat ride is \~EUR 18 (not included).
To secure your spots, please ...
Step 1: RSVP here on Meetup first (optional but recommended)
Step 2: Complete your booking at https://vienna.ixpat.com/beethoven
Photo Walk - Stadtwanderwerg 3

Please note the day might be very hot so dress accordingly and bring water!
The event is free of charge but will be limited to max 14 people as it is meant as an opportunity to connect. It is suitable for all regardless of age/level/gear.
Social Hike XL: Iron Wells + Koliba
*Amidst whispering pines,*
*Ponds cradle nature’s secrets -*
*Stillness mirrors sky*
Bodies of water have always held a certain fascination amongst outdoor enthusiasts, and this is no exception. After a quick break, we then take a short commute to our actual trailhead.
Expect iron-rich lakes, lush forests and a panoramic chairlift ride to the Kamzik mountain top. After taking in magnificent vistas from what is BA's highest accessible point, we'll follow a meandering vineyard trail back into town. Net hiking time will be \~3 hours.
To secure your spots, please ...
Step 1: RSVP here on Meetup first (optional but recommended)

Powell Gold Star Referral Club Meetup
We meet at lunch each week and each meeting follows a fairly organized agenda. First all participants pass their business cards around. Then each member and guest is invited to give a one-minute overview of their company and what is a perfect referral for the week. We always have a 10 minute presentation from one of the members about their business in more detail. And finally we pass referrals. You're welcome to visit. Nobody is ever put on the spot. Bring plenty of cards!
