We meet up\, we boulder upstairs\, we help and cheer each other on\, and then we head to \[Tyson's Tacos\]\(4905 Airport Blvd\, Austin\, TX 78751\) \(7 mins away\) for tacos and drinks\. **Never done bouldering before?** No problem. We will show you the basics. **Note that this is our bouldering event and takes place on the second floor of Mesa Rim. Our rope climbing meetups are on Mondays.** \-\-\- **Please also read the below carefully:** FIRST TIME AT MESA RIM? * You should plan to arrive 15 minutes early so you can fill waivers and rent gear if needed, and also get top-rope certified. I had an original plan to go to this Waterpark during non peak hours to avoid the crowds and lines but this event changes everything! This periodic event (last was in March, and next is in August) is open late night, and is open during clubbing hours. With that said, there will be a DJ and a glow party in the Grotto.
