They have made regular appearances on Rove Live, 9am with David & Kim , Spicks and Specks, The Glass House, Thank God You're Here, The Project, & Good News Week We have a VIP Guest list under "MEET UP" with our own private tables this is where we will meet. We can meet for dinner before hand at 7pm or just for drinks at 7.30pm just before the show. Friends and family are also welcome to put their hand up for tickets. Plenty of parking. At today's meetup learn what constitutes ability and more importantly how to develop and improve it so that it does not go away.
Fact's are that one's ability is never the same. It either goes up or it will go down.
Your natural as well as learned abilities are constantly subject to many of life's pressures.
One can therefore simply not rest on one's laurels regarding your current abilities and simply assume they will always be available for use.
The time to protect and enhance ability is when you are still able.
Any loss of ability will result in less confidence followed by problems resulting in unhappiness. This is called the dwindling spiral.
Not just for you, it will impact all others you associate with as well.
Today's topic applies to all aspects of life but will focus on how your abilities or lack of abilities or a sudden or gradual lowering of ability relates to work and family life.
On your arrival you will be asked to complete a Oxford Personality Test.
From this you will learn what ability it is that needs attention and improving.
Whilst at our meetup you will also learn about some of the different technologies are that you find here which actively create, protect or enhance ability in key areas of life.

What a wonderful opportunity to explore your physical, emotional, mental and soul bodies and how they are all inter-related and all can be greatly affected with the stresses and challenges of everyday life.
Through engaging with an energetic hygiene process that I facilitate, you will be able to cleanse your energy field on a daily basis.
With the event/class there is a variety being presented each week, always a guided meditation, followed by either reflection on self-care through working with a variety of gentle approach resources (which will be given to you to take, if you choose), as well as, listening to different short mindfulness cds.

We gather in a circle. Your friendly walk host gives a speech to set the tone. Everyone shares: your name, what you're grateful for, and your topic. That's it. 60 seconds.
**Step 3: Walk, talk & float**
We walk 5 miles. You naturally drift into conversation with 2-3 people at a time, pulled by topics that spark your curiosity. When you're ready to move on, just say: "I'm going to float!"
