# 🌙 **Grupo de apoyo para adultos autistas y parejas de autistas (diagnóstico tardío 30+)** **Barcelona – Pet-Friendly – Edición invierno** ¿Sientes que has tenido que esforzarte toda la vida para encajar? ¿Que entiendes las normas sociales “en teoría”, pero no siempre fluyen de forma natural? ¿Recibiste un diagnóstico de autismo en la adultez (a veces junto con TDAH u otros rasgos neurodivergentes) y ahora estás tratando de entenderte mejor? **Este espacio es para ti.** ✨ Aquí nos juntamos personas autistas adultas (30+) con o sin pareja que han pasado muchos años enmascarando, adaptándose o sobreviviendo en entornos que no siempre fueron comprensivos. Buscamos un lugar donde poder compartir experiencias, dudas y aprendizajes **sin máscaras y sin juicios**. *** ## 📍 **¿Dónde?** En el Parque de la Estació del Nord. Un sitio tranquilo, al aire libre, espacioso, con menos ruido y menos presión social. Un entorno pensado para que nos sintamos cómodos. *** ## 📅 **¿Cuándo y cuántas personas?** Encuentros presenciales de 1h30, en grupo reducido, una vez por semana. *** ## 💬 **¿Qué haremos esta semana?** Tendremos una edición especial de **“Experiencias y trucos cotidianos”**. El objetivo es acompañarnos, reconocernos en otras historias y aprender unos de otros, no “mejorar”, no “corregir”. *** ## 🧺 **Recomendaciones prácticas** Como estaremos en el parque, trae una mantita para sentarte, algo de beber o picar si te apetece. El Rol en Viu consisteix a afegir-li una acció més teatral i dramàtica a aquests enfrontaments. Si t'interessa aprendre a combatre, emular les lluites de les teves pel·lícules favorites, lluitar amb espasa, subjectar un escut, dominar els secrets de l'equilibri de peus o fer fitnes d'un mode diferent; el Softcombat i el Rol en Viu són una activitat que has de provar. **És durant el matí de 11h a 13.30h quan major quantitat de participants es reuneixen. A la tarda, es queda(a vegades) un petit grup, però no es pot garantir la seva presència fins a les 18h, sobretot a l'hivern. Recomanem anar de demà.** *** **REGLES BÀSIQUES PER AL SOFTCOMBAT** **NORMATIVA I SEGURETAT** **la participació en un esdeveniment implica l'acceptació d'aquestes:** Per a garantir la seguretat dels participants, totes les armes alienes a seran testades prèviament, conservant-se el dret a admissió de l'arma o de l'usuari. Com tot esport de contacte, cal anar amb compte i apel·lar sempre al sentit comú i a la companyonia, en inscriure's en la nostra comunitat, el participant o tutors del participant accepten la total responsabilitat de qualsevol mal, lesió, pèrdua... que pugui succeir dins dels entrenaments. **La participació en un esdeveniment implica l'acceptació d'aquestes.** 1. No estan permesos cops **ni al cap ni en els genitals.** 2. **La/s ma/ns** que subjecten l'arma fins a la nina no són blanc vàlid. 3. **No es pot estocar,** només colpejar amb el lateral de l'arma. 4. **Abans de començar** qualsevol enfrontament, cal estendre les armes, procedir a una lleugera salutació mitjançant el xoc entre aquestes. 5. **Cuida del company** amb el qual entrenes. Vigila la seva esquena i advertir-li de forats, arbres, altres persones o altres irregularitats en el terreny. 6. **Abans d'emprar qualsevol propietat aliena**, demana permís al seu propietari. Si algú trenca l'equip d'una altra persona, el propietari pot reclamar una compensació econòmica pels materials. 7. Els **menors de 14 anys** hauran d'anar acompanyats d'un adult responsable. Els menors de 16 anys hauran de portar un document emès per un tutor responsable, eximint de responsabilitat als Organitzadors (o confirmar meetup conforme l'acceptació d'aquestes normes). 8. **L'Organització no es farà responsable** de cap mena de lesió, mal o ferida que pugui succeir durant els entrenaments. 9. A Blanes hi anirem en tren 🚂, i des d’allà ens endinsarem en **12 km amb 390 m de desnivell** per paisatges mariners que canvien a cada gir. Passarem per cales com Sant Francesc, Cala Treumal, Sa Cova i Sa Boadella, descobrint petits racons amagats que solen passar desapercebuts als ulls dels turistes. Aquesta època de l’any, amb la primavera despertant, el camí es vesteix de colors vius, amb pinars que perfumen l’aire i llum que ressalta tots els tons del Mediterrani. Two towns full of tourist excesses, yet connected by a coastal path that hides secret spots and pristine coves that still manage to surprise, even for those of us who thought we knew the Costa Brava well. We’ll go to Blanes by train 🚂, and from there we’ll set off on **12 km with 390 m of elevation**, through seascapes that change with every turn. We’ll pass coves like **Sant Francesc, Cala Treumal, Sa Cova, and Sa Boadella, discovering small hidden corners** often missed by the typical tourist. At this time of year, with spring awakening, the path dresses in vibrant colors, pine forests scenting the air, and sunlight highlighting every shade of the Mediterranean.
