We do cycles of 4-6 weeks, with a progressive load, and a recovery week at the end of the cycle. Session: * 10 - 20’ warm up (easy run and drills) * Core session (ie. 6x5' - 2' recovery) * Cool down We run together during Warm-up, and cool down and tey to regroup during recovery time. Paces are not imposed (everyone runs at his/her own pace) given the intensity suggested. Notes: It's NOT required to have an activity tracker or smart watch to be able to follow the session, as I'll be giving signals with a whistle. Intervals training is not advised for total beginners. Wer 2026 noch versucht, über reine Syntax-Kenntnisse Wertschöpfung zu generieren, hat gegen agentische KI-Systeme bereits verloren. Die eigentliche Herausforderung hat sich nach links verschoben: in die präzise Definition von Problemen und die Konstruktion von Leitplanken. In diesem Talk räume ich mit dem Mythos auf, dass KI uns das Denken abnimmt. Im Gegenteil: Die Verantwortung steigt. We will be walking through the forest for a little over 1 1/2 hours, silently, just noticing the world around us and inside us. The idea is to experience the magic of a different type of walking, The invitation is to slow down and notice what is going on inside you and around you. Very often people experience a closer connection with nature and with self, with sometimes surprising insights. *Please make sure you are fit enough to go the 4.5 km distance. ***The “Hautes Fagnes” nature park*** is located in the east of Belgium and is ***one of the most special nature reserves in Europe***. It’s an ***exceptional biotope*** with colorful heathlands, special plants and animals. We wil start our hike in ***“Signal the Botrange” (694 m), the highest point in Belgium*** and mostly follow the ***GR 573 to Spa.*** On our way we walk through ***heathland and forests*** and pass by the beautiful ***Hoëgne valley***. ***After our hike*** we continue our good habit of ***taking a nice beer/pancake/snack in a local pub*** in Spa before returning to Brussels. **Please don't forget to pay Maikel a drink :-)** We will walk at ***an average speed of 5km/h*** both on paved and unpaved roads. ***I’ve never walked this road before so it’s possible that there are some mistakes in the planning***.
