Yoga and Pilates are the good exercises to let you to keep fit, enhance the ability of core muscle to perform well in sports and reduce the risk of getting injury. Finally, we'll do the full body stretching after the exercises to relax.

IMPORTANT: For first time joiners, please send a message to the host via Meetup to confirm your attendance once you sign up to join. Otherwise, you may be moved to the waiting list. The hosts reserve the rights to edit the attendance list. This meetup is scheduled for players NTRP 2.5 or higher.
