IMPORTANT: For first time joiners, please send a message to the host via Meetup to confirm your attendance once you sign up to join. Otherwise, you may be moved to the waiting list. The hosts reserve the rights to edit the attendance list.
This meetup is scheduled for players NTRP 2.5 or higher. Players who wish to join the event MUST at least be able to rally and return shots with reasonable pace. This is hitting for fun/practice and please bring your own racquet. Balls will be provided on each court.
If you can play regularly on Saturday night, please join us and have fun. We shall rally and play some games. One court will be for game and the other for rally/game, which the host will decide on the spot to suit the players most. If the event is full and you are interested to join, you can sign up on the wait list. We may be able to get an additional court to accommodate more players.
Cost: $60 per person to be paid on court
IMPORTANT: If you cannot attend the event, you are required to update your RSVP status accordingly 24 hours in advance, so that the waiting list can move up. Dropping out 8 hours or less before the event without informing the hosts will be considered as "no show".

**Session Flow:**
We’ll begin with a gentle arrival, including brief introductions and a moment to share what brought you here. From there, we’ll move into light stretching and simple guided movement to help you reconnect with your body and become present.
You’ll then be guided through a reflective writing exercise focused on cultivating gratitude for your body and yourself, followed by a quiet creative drawing practice to deepen and express that experience.

Bhutanese Movie Night in Peng Chau
Hi there everybody! We invite you all to come enjoy Peng Chau island to our next movie night on 26th of April. This time we will watch our first Bhutan movie. We have chosen the movie called 'Hema Hema: Sing Me a Song While I Wait' (2016) from director Khyentse Norbu: he chronicles a sacred jungle ritual whose masked, anonymous participants seek after complete self-knowledge.
The movie will have English subtitles. If you want to watch a Bhutan movie for the first time come and enjoy!
We will start the movie at 7pm till 9pm in a terrace in Peng Chau. There is a ferry at 5:50pm from Central Pier N6 and arrives in Peng Chau at 6:30pm. I can meet people at the pier at 6:30pm. Or if you want to spend the day in Peng Chau and meet each other afterwards that's also fine!
Please let me know if you are coming beforehand so we can prepare for us to meet and take you to the address. We want to encourage discussion about the movie and its theme afterwards. We will prepare some questions so we can debate about it together! You can bring your own food too. Also if you have more ideas on how to make our experience more fun, feel free to share it! Running and hiking in 梧桐山
After arrived 莲塘口岸, cross the border by yourself. Meet on the pavement outside the building near 中国建设银行。
You may like to arrive earlier to eat breakfast in the shopping mall too.
We'll run along 梧桐绿道 to 梧桐山河. Then run and fast walking along the stream to several coffee shops to take rest。 The total distance is 12 Km. We'll run at 8 minutes/Km and stop at some place alone the route to take pictures.
After lunch, we'll walk to a waterfall where we can dip our feet into the water.
After visiting some villages along 梧桐山河, we'll walk along a natural path up the hill to 仙湖植物园 and visit some sightseeing spot inside the park. The total walking distance is 12 Km.
We'll arrive 仙湖路 metro station at 6 pm. You can choose to leave there or have dinner together in a restaurant near the metro station.
Easy Hike and Swim in Trio Bay, Sai Kung
Sunshine forecasted Sunday! It’s an enjoyable hike mixed with swimming, or free-of-charge sunbathing. A basic 5k+ hike from Sai Kung town to Trio Beach. It depends if to visit White Horse Point. Let’s have dinner afterwards.
Trio Beach is renowned for it its seclusion, located on Pak Sha Wan Peninsula. I really like the beach is “hidden from the plain sight” and contains “soft sand, clean water”.
Non-swimmers can rest on benches covered by shade broad roof or simply rent a beach umbrella (about $100).There is a snack store for simple food and drink at the beach, pay cash.
We’ll take boat back to Sai Kung town by 5pm to Hebe Haven Pier (白沙灣碼頭).**Cash only** for one-way boat ticket ($15-$20). Please prepare enough cash for payment of your own snacks or meals.
