I struggled with bulimia for 15 years, and I’ve always wished there was a space where I could talk about it openly, without judgment, without shame, just honesty, support, and people who *get it*. People who are also on this journey. People who want to heal and figure out who they are beyond bulimia. So, I decided to create that space. **What is this group about** * A space where you can talk about your **binge eating or bulimia** without feeling judged. * A space to reconnect with yourself — the *you* that exists beyond the eating disorder. * A space for support and real connection with people who are going through (or have been through) the same thing. * A place to share your wins *and* your hard days, and be met with encouragement and support. **What to expect** * Journaling prompts, discussions, games, readings from ED-related literature, meditations, and more. * Deeper conversations — not just about the ED, but about who you are underneath it all. **Who is this for?** * **This group is open to women who are struggling with binge eating or bulimia and *want to recover.*** **What this *isn't*** * This is not therapy.
