Deshalb entwickelte der indische Arzt, Dr. Madan Kataria 1995 diese fröhliche spielerische Yoga-Methode: Lachen ohne Grund. Lachend, spielend, tanzend, singend und bewusst tief atmend - auch bei Frost und Schnee - stärkst Du gleichzeitig Deine körperliche und mentale Gesundheit und Fitness sowie Dein Immunsystem! So beugst Du Krankheiten vor. Dafür gibt es auch eine spezielle Übung: das vorbeugende Lachen. Du verbindest Dich lachend mit den anderen Teilnehmer\*innen. Du aktivierst eine Menge Glückshormone. So stärkst Du Deine Resilienz und kannst gelassener, fröhlicher und unbeschwerter in die neue Woche gehen. Und bei Kälte lachst Du Dich warm!!! Wichtig: warme Füße!!! Also entsprechende Schuhe sind wichtig!!! Übrigens: "Lachen ist der Tanz des Atems" sagt ein indisches Sprichwort. Es ist also Atemtherapie pur. Wo kannst du besser Sauerstoff aufnehmen als an frischer Luft? Auf dem Tempelhofer Feld lachen wir seit 2010 bei jedem Wetter, außer bei einer Unwetterwarnung. Lachyoga kennt keine Altersgrenze, im Gegenteil, es hält jung und verbindet "jung und alt" super miteinander!!! Neugierig geworden? Sunday mornings are for easy 5k's! Join us on our regular Sunday runs. This run is for EVERYBODY. We created RCB with the intention of connecting runners/people with each other. We know how hard it is to meet new friends in a city full of people. With RCB we want to make that easier. Every Sunday we will meet for a easy 5 kilometers (pace vary's according to people present), with a coffee & a chat afterwards (not obligatory). We believe that running can be much more than performance or pace. Meet-up is at will be at café Maxway, adress: Katharina-Paulus-Straße 2 at 11am.

Schon am S-Bahnhof fällt der Blick auf das historische Industriegebäude der Alten Mälzerei, eine ehemalige Malzfabrik, die vor Kurzem zu einem integrativen Stadtquartier umgestaltet wurde. Even at the S-Bahn station, the eye is drawn to the historic industrial building of the Alte Mälzerei , a former malt factory that was recently transformed into an inclusive urban quarter. From the station, we walk through a residential area to the southern section of the Wall Trail. As in the previous section, the path leads us along the city’s edge for long stretches through the open countryside in southern Berlin. The former patrol road of the GDR border troops is still partially preserved here; some of the lampposts that once illuminated the border strip are also still standing. Even from a distance, the distinctive silhouette of Gropiusstadt announces the end point of our hike. **What’s Village Outdoor?** Village outdoor Events are monthly meetups for the we are village community and their friends to enjoy outdoor activities in and around Berlin.
