Hi there, I invite you to a small group hatha yoga class that is suitable for beginners. Enjoy the yoga practice outdoor and tune into nature. The class size is small, usually not more than 5 participants. The yoga class will include loosening exercises to prepare you for asanas (poses), and we will end with relaxation and pranayama (breathing exercises). *Meeting point* We'll meet at the entrance of Botanic Gardens - Bukit Timah Gate. This is at **Botanic Gardens MRT station (CIRCLE Line), Exit A**. Look out for me - I'll be carryin**g a yellow bag and my yoga mat**. Then, we'll walk in together to the Bougainvillea and Bamboo trees area. As its a public holiday, the city centre will be quieter, with less traffic, making the walk more pleasurable (hopefully:).
