I love. I trust. ~ a monthly embodied gathering
Join us on 14–15 March for an intimate homecoming into your wholeness.
What: A monthly embodied gathering — movement, energy practices, and sacred intimacy
Theme: Self-trust, flow & contained boundaries
When: 14–15 March
Where: Zambujal (close to Meco)
For whom: anyone curious about embodiment and presence
Small circle — limited places.
I love. I trust. - monthly gathering
A weekend exploring the living relationship between self-trust, flow, and boundaries.
Without self-trust, boundaries wobble.
Without contained boundaries, flow floods.
Without loving flow, boundaries become rigid.
We work through movement and embodiment practices, direct experiential exercises, energy-based work (at times inspired by qigong), and relational sacred intimacy practices. There will be guided exploration, individual reflection, partner exercises, and structured group integration.
The space is held with clarity and loving care. No performance, no fixing — just direct experience and embodied inquiry.
Bringing your presence is enough.

GWS New Vintage Tasting with Phil Bernstein
Every year we host a tasting to try German wines from the new vintage, with a focus on Riesling. Our host is Phil Bernstein, General Manager of MacArthur Beverages, one of the leading retailers of German Riesling in the country. Every year, Phil brings some of the best wines of the vintage.
The new vintage is 2024, another in an increasing string of very good vintages, though regrettably the first to be carrying the increase in wine tariffs. Mosel Fine Wines says that “2024 is a must-go-to vintage for lovers of classic and ethereal Mosel lightness and elegance!” Vinous Media found that the German wines of 2024 are “sprightly, sleek, concentrated Rieslings with exquisite verve and full aromatic development.” Here is your chance to try the 2024s from some of the very best producers!

Game Day & Wine Tasting at Fabbioli Cellars
Join your DTs friends for a relaxed spring afternoon of board games, wine, and great company at one of Loudoun’s favorite wineries.
We’ll gather indoors and outdoors, depending on the weather.
We’ll have a fire pit set up, along with s’mores and light snacks, so come ready to play, sip, and enjoy some cozy vineyard vibes.
Bring your favorite board game to share — or just come ready to join in!
### Wine & Tastings
Guests may purchase wine by the glass or bottle throughout the afternoon. For those interested, optional wine tastings are available for $20 per person (six wines, seated and guided).
### Food
Fabbioli offers gourmet small plates, cheese and charcuterie, fresh-baked baguettes, chocolates, and other light fare available for purchase.
Outside food is welcome on the grounds, so feel free to bring snacks or a picnic to share. (No large coolers or aromatic foods, please.)
This is a casual, drop-in style gathering — come when you can, stay as long as you like, and enjoy a laid-back afternoon around the fire with your tribe.

WINERY VISIT - Three Creeks Winery (Hamilton)
For the month of March, we will visit a new winery to me...Three Creeks Winery. Weather permitting, we will be sitting outside, but we will play that by ear. Please bring your own fold-up chair in case there is not a space large enough for our group. We will make one! Their website mentions shade trees, but I do not know if they will be available.
Outside food IS allowed, but they also sell charcuterie boxes, cheeses, meats, bread sticks, crackers, chips, popcorn, and chocolate.
I hope to see you there!

RESCHEDULED: Verre 🍷 (now) April 2026 Blind Wine Tasting!
Hi everyone - apologies but I'm pushing the planned March 11 event back to April 8. I'm hoping a large group can make it out that night, so am upping the limit to 12. We had a wave of late cancellations for March and which isn't fair to Verre, they are giving up other business to accommodate us and the group got too small to be viable for them. Please only RSVP if you are fairly certain you can make it, as this late change of plans isn't fair to the group or the host restaurant, thanks.
**EVENT STARTS AT 6PM. PLEASE BE PROMPT.**
🍷What is blind wine tasting?🍷
You use your sense of smell, sight, and taste to try to deduce which variety (grape) is in the glass.
This group is very experience-diverse and we welcome both wine newbies and wine pros (and everyone in between).
Verre will pour us two wine flights, one white and one red (3 of each, so a total of 6 wine samples) and we will discuss what we are tasting to try to solve the mystery together. After each flight is a big reveal where we find out just how right (or wrong!) we were.
Diana will let us know the possible wines we are going on grid tonight.
Please arrive at **6:00pm**. The white wine flight is served around 6:10 and the red flight around 6:50. The cost will be about $15 per flight, depending on what is poured for us. Food and other wine will be available for purchase as well.
🍷RSVPs: Verre has a limited amount of table space and is reserving much of that space for our group. Out of consideration to the business, the event hosts, and anyone on the wait list, **please edit your RSVP as soon as possible if your plans change** and you can no longer attend the event, **even if you are on the wait list**.
🍷Transportation:
* METRO: Verre Wine Bar is walking distance from Courthouse metro.
* CAR: Metered street parking and paid garage parking are available in the area.
Hope to see you there!

Waitlisted Friends! \*PLEASE\* keep an eye on this page and your messages especially close to the day of the event. Thanks!
TERROIR: UNCORKED @ Barcelona Wine Bar on 14th Street
\*\* Tickets are $71.50 ($65 + tax) and can be purchased [here.](https://www.exploretock.com/barcelona-wine-bar-14th-street/event/594770/terroir-uncorked) \*\*
UNCORKED is a walk-around tasting where we open 30 different bottles from our list—a chance to try the cellar of our award-winning wine program. The wines are paired with seasonal paella and passed tapas. Each time we host, we dive into a different theme. This time, we’re uncorking terroir.
Terroir is a French term that refers to the natural environment in which a wine is made. This includes everything– but most often focuses on soil, topography and climate, ultimately producing a bottled sense of place. Our 400+ bottle program deeply focuses on terroir, becoming a collection of places that can be experienced through a pour.
For this UNCORKED, we’re opening 30 wines that we think are some of the clearest expressions of place out there. We can’t wait to share these truly transportive bottles with you.
