This June, on Monday mornings, I will offer other sessions inspired by the Maria Fux work. It will be a space for listening, expressive freedom and connection through the body, music and simple materials. We will be in a protected indoor space - with air conditioning - away from distractions, where you can leave your belongings safely. But, if you don't have a mat, Monday is pretty mellow and you can get by with a blanket or towel. Class is outside on the grass or on concrete (overlooking the Mediterranean!). Bring apero to share for aprés-yoga down on the beach with everyone. Bring your suit if you want to swim! Let's meet at Ponchettes beach for the apero and play Molky and whatever other game or sport that you like, just bring the necessary . If you dont know how to play Molky, no worries I teach you. You can bring something to drink/eat to share, board games, sport equipment (volleyball ball, bandminton) music instruments, or just your swimsuit if you want to swim .
