Join us on Saturday mornings for a self-awareness experience through dance, designed to help you feel free, confident, sensual, light, and fully alive. 💃🏽✨ This is a recurrent class happening in a lovely dance studio, filled with incredible females. We often stay for lunch together at a café of our choice, because community is part of the experience. In the sessions, we usually explore: • Grounded hip movement and natural body isolation • Combinations focused on flow and expression • Musicality and rhythm connection • Confidence through dynamic footwork • Your authentic, inner energy. This will arise naturally as you move without holding back This class is open to **all levels**. Most students have no or little experience with dance. Choreographies are just a means of self-expression. Whether you already dance or you simply want to feel your body again, this space is for you.
