We use Hybrid Kawasaki Kong 500's during the 3-hour session. **PAYMENT** * **Session Fee: £12** * We are cashless, kindly pay the session fee **by 5pm** on the session day. A Rabble session is 1 hour of fun and social team games. Each game disguises high-intensity intervals within the rules, giving you an effective, all-body workout without even realising it. We play a bunch of different games at each session (like British Bulldog, Capture the Flag, Dodgeball, Frisbee and many more), and every class is different. Sessions are open to all, no matter your sporting ability. Each game is explained before we start, so there's no need to have played any of the games before. Come solo or bring friends! Come lets go with the flow on this classic 8 to 9 mile Thames Path walk ! Train to catch : 10.06am from Waterloo that arrives at Hampton Court at 10.42am using your Oyster card. Or you may decide to drive. Please bring packed lunch, waterproof jacket, walking shoes boots or trainers as well as water and snacks etc. The walk shall start by 10.55am. Meetup fee £5 payable in cash or in advance by bank transfer. No PayPal. We shall go to a pub at the end of the walk. We aim to take the train back to London by around 4.50pm and will involve buying a return train ticket at Walton-on-Thames which can be bought in a group. Have you ever wanted to be immersed within either the city or nature in the form of a walk and socialise at the same time? If so, this may be the right walk for you. Welcome to another one of the WALK events where you have the opportunity to explore all the scenic routes I’ll execute whether there’s nature within, whether we get immersed within the city and feel great about yourself. 
With this particular walk, we will be walking down one of the main roads from north London to east central London. To be precise, we’re walking from Silver Street to Liverpool Street. Knowing this high road, it’s meant to be Turkish oriented on the Tottenham side but as we go along, there’s more than meets the eye as we cut through Dalston kingsland through to Shoreditch which consists of quite the social/night life. Finally we finish off at Liverpool Street where it’s mostly touristic. It’s amazing how one long road connects to east central London. After this, if you still want to stick around, we’ll can go to either Spitalfields for dinner, Yauatcha for some Japanese patisserie, The hummingbird bakery or any other recommendation. We’ll let democracy decide. You don’t have to but if you enjoyed the event and if you want, I’m more than happy to accept optional donations. CMG Gives Back: Food Distribution at CHAMPION FOOD PANTRY!
Start the New Year off right! Join us as we get together to help those in need at this CMG Gives Back event to distribute food at the Champion Food Pantry! We’ve created a great little community of Movie Group friends! Rather than see a movie this time, we’ll help “Create a better world” by helping serve people in need. Here are complete details and our plan for this event: CHAMPION FOOD PANTRY: The Champion Food Pantry provides needed food to neighbors experiencing food insecurity. For this event, we’ll be volunteering to help with Food Distribution during client pick up times. Our group will receive on-the-spot training from some of their seasoned regular volunteers. PLAN FOR CHAMPION FOOD PANTRY: Please arrive by 2:45pm. Our volunteer time will be from 3:00 to 6:00pm. LOCATION & PARKING: The Champion Food Pantry is located at 1460 S. Champion Ave in Columbus. Parking is located in the lot on Frebis across from the pantry. Please enter through the door marked "Volunteers enter here” on Frebis Ave. A map has been uploaded to the photos. IMPORTANT REMINDER: Our group will be providing the majority of the volunteers on this day so a firm RSVP count is essential. Please only sign up if you are certain you’ll be able to attend. If something unavoidable comes up, please update your RSVP no later than one week prior to the event. No shows or cancelations within 1 week of the event will mak you ineligible for future CMG Gives Back events. I appreciate your understanding as we try to ensure the agencies have the volunteers needed to provide the essential services they provide to the vulnerable population they serve. Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country.
