ENGLISH: **INNER GUIDANCE** **A Transformative Movement Workshop** **for all beautiful women / sisters** **Grow · Unfold · Integrate** The Inner GUIDANCE Workshop is an embodied journey into your inner knowing, wisdom, and clarity. Through free-form movement, dance, and gently guided impulses and intention-setting, you are invited to reconnect with your body as a source of guidance, truth, and trust. In a supportive and non-judgmental space, we move to alchemize inner obstacles, awaken joy in the body, express a freer, new version of ourselves, and return to our inner center. Gratitude becomes a shared practice, raising our frequency, cultivating unity within ourselves and with others, and opening us to authentic human connection—expressed through the language of our moving bodies and hearts. This workshop creates space to listen deeply to your inner knowing via the body in movement. You will be supported to just be you in the present moment, allowing and discovering change, strengthening self-trust. Besides dancing mostly for yourself there will be also some partner and group invitations in movement which you can join or not and some physical touch involved, of course all volunteerly. We will end with an relaxing integration time and little sound bath. No prior dance experience is required. There is no right or wrong way to move—only the willingness to connect with your inner compass: your body. Move towards your true self, guided from within. Kuscheln kann vieles sein: spielerisch, ruhig, tief, warm oder einfach nur entspannend. Finde heraus, was dir gut tut. Wir – Ava & Melanie – begleiten dich durch deine Kuschelerfahrung in Berlin. Als ausgebildete Therapeutinnen mit einer tiefen Liebe für Körperarbeit, Verbindung und Präsenz schaffen wir Räume, in denen du dir selbst und anderen echt begegnen kannst – spielerisch, liebevoll, nährend. Unsere Kuschelevents sind geprägt von Achtsamkeit, Klarheit und innerem Einvernehmen. Hier darf Frau lachen, kuscheln – und einfach sie selbst sein. Wir glauben, dass Berührung ein menschliches Grundbedürfnis ist – kein Luxus. The practical reality of what it takes to actually sleep well, consistently, and wake up feeling restored. This workshop is for women who are tired of waking up exhausted, who take forever to fall asleep, or who sleep through the night but still feel like they got nothing. We will look at what your body actually needs to move into deep, restorative sleep, which habits and environmental factors are working against you without you realizing it, and what a bedroom and an evening routine that supports sleep genuinely look like. You will also learn a set of self-soothing practices to calm your body and mind before bed, so you can stop lying there waiting and actually rest. You will leave with a clear, personal picture of what to change and how, plus practices you can start using the same night. No prior knowledge needed. Come as you are. Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country.
