🌿 June Sistership Circle 🌿[Get tickets here!! ](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/balancing-the-masculine-feminine-within-june-in-person-sistership-circle-tickets-1989861204428?aff=oddtdtcreator) Balancing the Masculine & Feminine Within So many women today find themselves constantly “doing” — holding everything together, caring for others, managing responsibilities, pushing through exhaustion, and rarely slowing down long enough to truly receive. This month’s circle is an invitation to gently explore the balance between: ✨ strength & softness ✨ action & surrender ✨ structure & flow ✨ giving & receiving ✨ doing & simply being Together, we’ll gather in sacred community for an afternoon of grounding, reflection, connection, guided meditation, somatic practices, journaling, sharing, and heartfelt conversation. No two circles are ever the same because each woman brings her own unique energy and medicine into the room. Whether you are brand new to this type of gathering or have been on a healing journey for years, you are welcome here. 🌸 Saturday, June 13, 2026 🕓 4:00 – 5:30 PM 📍 A Call to Spirit, LLC – Chantilly, VA Come as you are. Leave nourished. Space is intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy of the circle.

In this session, **Donna Giarratana** will break down what small business owners *really* need to know about HR — in a way that is clear, actionable, and relevant to your stage of growth. This conversation is designed to help you move from uncertainty to confidence when it comes to building and managing your team. *** ## **What You’ll Learn** * When it’s the right time to hire * How to set your business up for success before bringing on employees * Why HR matters — even for small businesses * Common pitfalls and how to avoid them * The foundational HR knowledge every business owner should have *** ## **Who Should Attend** * Entrepreneurs preparing to hire their first employee * Small business owners currently managing a team * Founders looking to strengthen operations and compliance * Anyone who wants to build a business with a strong, scalable foundation *** ## **Why Attend?** * Gain clarity on one of the most important aspects of business growth * Learn how to avoid costly mistakes before they happen * Ask questions and get real-world insight from an HR professional * Walk away with practical knowledge you can apply immediately *** ## **About 1 Million Cups** 1 Million Cups is a national program that brings entrepreneurs and communities together to learn, connect, and grow through presentations and discussion. Loudoun’s chapter meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays each month. Join us on **May 27** for coffee, connection, and a conversation that will help you build your business the right way from the inside out. We look forward to seeing you there.

🍛 Beneficial Brews: Sunday Lunch at Banana Leaf Restaurant (Manassas)
🍛 Beneficial Brews: Sunday Lunch at Banana Leaf Restaurant (Manassas)
Join us for a flavorful and connection-filled Sunday lunch as the **Beneficial Women’s Wellness Collective** gathers at Banana Leaf Restaurant. ✨ **About [Banana Leaf Restaurant](https://bananaleafva.com):** Banana Leaf Restaurant is known for its welcoming atmosphere and delicious ***Sri Lankan cuisine***. The restaurant offers a vibrant menu filled with comforting curries, rice plates, fresh vegetables, seafood, vegetarian options, and rich aromatic flavors that make dining there feel both exciting and comforting. Whether you enjoy trying new dishes or already love Sir Lankan cuisine, Banana Leaf offers something unique and memorable. **What to expect:** This meetup is about more than just lunch—it’s about taking a pause from the demands of life and sharing meaningful time with supportive, like-minded women. Expect: * Relaxed and welcoming conversation * Delicious food in a cozy atmosphere * Opportunities to connect with women who value wellness, balance, and community * A supportive environment where you can simply show up as yourself Whether you’re new to the group or a returning member, we’d love to have you join us. 💛 **RSVP Accuracy Matters (Please Read):** Because this event is limited to **only 8 attendees**, RSVP accuracy is extremely important. If you RSVP “Yes,” please plan to attend. If your plans change, simply update your RSVP as soon as possible so another member has the opportunity to join. When members RSVP and then do not show up, it prevents another interested woman from attending and shows a lack of consideration for fellow members, the organizer, and the restaurant reserving space for us. Our collective is built on kindness, respect, and community, and we greatly appreciate everyone helping maintain that culture. Come enjoy good food, meaningful conversation, and a refreshing Sunday afternoon together. 💛 For more about Banana Leaf Restaurant, visit: [Banana Leaf Restaurant](https://bananaleafva.com)
