Sacred Song Circle
Open your heart, find your voice... We invite you to come sing with us! Gathering together, we will sing some sacred songs from various traditions/cultures. This is a wonderful heart-opening experience. An opportunity to connect with yourself, others, and Spirit through song. Let's share this medicine in community like our ancestors have done for generations before us. No experience needed - come as you are. Song sheets provided. Rhythm instruments, such as rattles and drums, are welcome. This event is led by Mandy and Theresa.
Weather permitting, this event will be held outdoors in our large fire circle area. If the weather shifts, we will move indoors.
Space is limited, so RSVP is required. This also helps in case we need to notify you of any changes or updates.
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early so you can get situated. Given the time of year, this event will be held indoors in our large great room.
FIRST TIMERS: All are welcome, as long as you come with an open/positive mind and respectful heart. No prior experience necessary. You are also welcome to walk our grounds or check out our crystal shop.
IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS: The address is 15406 Riding Stable Rd. Property is at end of 1/2 mile long driveway into the woods. You will drive over a small stream. Please be EXTRA MINDFUL to drive slowly (under 10 MPH) so as to not stir up any driveway dust. It is a shared driveway, so it’s important to respect our neighbors. Please do not stop to interact with horses.
Suggested Donation: $15-30. There's a bowl by the front door. Put in what feels right. There are also Venmo and Paypal options.
With Love and Gratitude
The Recharge: Fill Up Sis
This is a VIRTUAL FREE event every week. To get access details please [click here](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/the-recharge-fill-up-sis-tickets-1984961497272?aff=oddtdtcreator)
If you’ve been pouring into everyone else and quietly running on empty… this space was created for you.
There comes a moment in a woman’s life when she realizes she has been pouring into everyone and everything else… while quietly running on empty.
The responsibilities.
The expectations.
The emotional labor.
And somewhere in the middle of holding it all together, she forgets what it feels like to be **fully supported, fully resourced, and fully seen**.
**The Recharge: Fill Up Sis** is **a sacred weekly virtual meetup** created for women who are ready to pause, recalibrate their energy, and reconnect with themselves in powerful community.
This is not a motivational talk.
This is not surface-level inspiration.
This is a room where women gather to **release what they’ve been carrying, restore their energy, and remember the power of being in [intentional sisterhood](https://thewombsauna.com/wcoe "https://thewombsauna.com/wcoe").**
## What Happens in The Recharge?
Each session is a guided experience where women come together to:
* **Release** stress, emotional weight, and the pressure of carrying everything alone
* **Restore** their energy through meaningful conversation, reflection, and grounding practices
* **Rise** into clarity about what their next level of life and leadership requires
* **Radiate** with renewed confidence, alignment, and direction
This space allows you to experience the tone, leadership, and sisterhood that define the deeper work we do together.
## The Integration Lab: Where Knowledge Becomes Embodiment
Many women spend years gathering wisdom.
Books. Podcasts. Workshops. Spiritual insight. Therapy. Coaching.
At a certain point, the question is no longer:
**“What else do I need to learn?”**
The real question becomes:
**“Where am I actually practicing the life I say I want?”**
The **Integration Lab** is the weekly coaching and practice space inside our **[1-Year Self Development Program](thewombsauna.com/programs)**.
It is where women stop circulating knowledge and begin **embodying it**.
Inside the Lab, we work in real time with the patterns, decisions, emotions, and relationships shaping your life right now.
Awareness becomes action.
Insight becomes discipline.
And personal growth becomes a lived lifestyle.
Women gather weekly to:
* apply what they know to real-life challenges
* strengthen emotional regulation and self-leadership
* practice accountability in sacred sisterhood
* build the consistency required to live differently
This is not a space for passive listening.
It is a space for **active personal development and sacred community life.**
## Who This Space Is For?
This gathering is for women who:
* are tired of carrying everything alone
* know they are capable of more but feel stretched thin
* value personal development and emotional growth
* desire a circle of women who are serious about their evolution
* are exploring whether they are ready to invest in a **year of intentional growth**
Many women who attend **The Recharge** are preparing themselves to decide whether they are ready to step into the deeper commitment of the **[1-Year Self Development Program](https://thewombsauna.com/programs "https://thewombsauna.com/programs")**.
## What You Should Know
This experience is **free**, but it is intentional.
Women who attend are often exploring what it would look like to:
* prioritize their personal development
* practice emotional and spiritual growth consistently
* participate in a high-level community of women committed to living consciously
Come with curiosity.
Come with honesty.
Come with the willingness to pour back into yourself.
## Hosted By
## **[Thema Azize Serwa](https://thewombsauna.com/thema "https://thewombsauna.com/thema")**
Founder of **[The Womb Sauna](https://thewombsauna.com/ "https://thewombsauna.com")** and creator of transformational spaces where women gather to **release, restore, rise, and radiate**.
After overcoming eight years of infertility and PCOS, Thema devoted her life to helping women reconnect with their bodies, their emotional wisdom, and the sacred power of intentional community.
Through her work in womb wellness, self-development, and spiritual leadership, she has guided women around the world in creating lives that are rooted in clarity, healing, and self-mastery.
## Final Invitation
If you’ve been gathering insight for years but feel ready to start **living differently**, this space will resonate deeply.
Because transformation does not happen through inspiration alone.
It happens through **consistent practice, honest reflection, and community that supports your evolution.**
**Come recharge.**

Crone's circle of women
Welcome to all who identify as women—those in their wisdom years and those journeying toward them, embracing cycles of growth, transformation, and deepening self-awareness.
This space honors women celebrating the strength, creativity, and wisdom that unfold through each season of the feminine path.
In this circle, a crone is not defined by age but by attitude - someone who carries or seeks the wisdom, courage, and self-knowledge that comes with lived experience.
You are invited to join the Crone’s circle of women coming together to share wisdom, experience, and inspiration. This gathering offers a welcoming space for reflection, storytelling, and meaningful conversation about life’s journeys, challenges, and triumphs.
Whether you seek connection, personal growth, or simply a moment of peace among kindred spirits, this meeting is an opportunity to nurture your inner strength and celebrate the wisdom within us all.
Come as you are.
To guide and enrich our time together, we will be using books and other creative means—such as rituals ceremonies, journaling, art, and shared activities—to spark insight, deepen connection, and inspire personal growth.
Naming of the group will be done in circle.
Please bring a journal for our journey.
Books can be bought through Sticks and Stones.
The first book will be:
The Crone Zone: How to Get Older with Style, Nerve, and a Little Bit of Magic
by Nina G. Bargiel
Host: Cat
Entrance cost: $15
Cat
Cat began her spiritual journey in her late twenties, drawn to the transformative power of self-discovery and holistic healing. Trained in meditation, earth-based spirituality, yoga, massage, and energy work, she weaves together practices that nurture balance and connection. Her creative spirit finds expression through continued learning, ceremony, rituals, movement, art, crafts, and journaling, which she uses as tools for reflection and transformation. Deeply committed to creating community, Cat fosters spaces where individuals can share, heal, and grow together. Through her work, she continues to explore the harmony between energy, creativity, and the natural world.
Circlesinging Together ** Elwood Smith Community Center, Rockville **
We are meeting in person at Elwood Smith Community Center, Rockville!
\*\*\*
The community-singing event where where everything's made up and the point — to sing for our lives — matters.
Our leaders will teach you parts to sing for spontaneously-composed choral pieces. We play a variety of listening/music/singing games, and create safe opportunities for participants to improvise as little or as much as they might like.
Good for all skill levels, shower-singers to seasoned pros, no sheet-music-reading required.
\*\*\*
We usually meet on the second Sunday of the month, and will continue to meet in-person as long as it makes sense. We encourage and provide masks.
We will also plan on continuing our Zoom circles from time to time. So please check the day before/day of the meetup each month to confirm date & details.
This world needs more song; join in the fun, and be the music you want to hear in the world.
Hope to see you there!
