This session blends guided exercises with movement inspired by dancehall and commercial styles, ending with a choreography.
No previous dance experience is needed, this is a welcoming space open to all women 🤍

# Outdoor Fitness Workout — Port Olímpic Barcelona 🌊💪
Join a special outdoor group workout and improve your health with a holistic approach that combines exercise, energy, motivation and a great seaside environment. 🌞
Train effectively while you socialize, get motivated by the group, enjoy yourself, experience exercise variety and get many more benefits ⚠️. The goal is to help you understand and enjoy each session, achieving your goals in a fun and effective way.
This special session will take place at **Port Olímpic Barcelona**, in one of the open areas at the end of the port, near **Moll de la Marina**, close to **BCNaval Events** and the Google Maps reference **“Icària”**. 📍
The workout is suitable for different fitness levels. Exercises can be adapted so everyone can train safely and progressively. 🏋️♂️
**Schedule:** Saturday 9, from 10:00 to 11:00
**Duration:** 1 hour
**Price:** 10 € per person. Payment can be made in cash or via Bizum.

Connect with your local Women's Fitness 40 and Over community
Hike Blendon Woods Metro Park
Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
Three Creeks Metro Park
We'll get in around 4 miles at Three Creeks Metro Parks, primarily natural trails. 17-18 minute miles, no one left behind, and faster walkers are free to lead out.
Optional lunch after!
If you're joining for hiking all the metro parks, this is the sixth one!
Walnut Woods
We'll hike four miles at Walnut Woods, which is generally a pretty easy hike - doing the Sweetgum Trail Loop and then out and back on the Monarch Loop to get us to 4 miles. Pace around 17-18 minute miles with no one left behind, and faster walkers can lead out ahead.
Optional lunch at Brewdog or Canal Winchester.

Sharon Woods HIKE
Hi ladies. Let's hike the edward thomas trail, lake trail , spring creek and a short walk on the multi purpose trail. This is one large loop . Wear your shoe of choice.
Meet in the Maple Grove Picnic area. 4.2 miles in length .
