Monday March 20th we will be creating this fun paradise for pregnant moms and moms with newborns with the wonderful company of @arantxadoula and @feher_zsano to guide us with the best recommendations and support possible 💜💜💜.
At 10:00 we start with a Pilates class for pregnant women at the price you set so you can try it!
🍲 Then we open a big group meeting so everyone can chat and get to know each other, but we'll also split into a Spanish-speaking group and an English-speaking group so you can get easily understandable advice and support from our doula in the language of your choice.
There will be tea and light snacks for a reasonable price and optional mini-massages for a donation to help the body adapt during maternity.
On the last Monday of every month we'll have a flea market and item exchange to help you clean out the cupboards or earn a few bucks for the baby related stuff you're ready to part with! March 27 is next!
Once a month we will also have lunch after the group with different professionals who will delve into specific topics that interest us. After Easter, we will enjoy a workshop with nutritionist @carolinanutritionbaby : knowledgeable, endearing, fun, and with a ton of useful information!
We are also preparing a baby massage course with an experienced reflexologist (and so much more!) Amanda O'shea from @theserendipityexperience !

Strength & Conditioning for Runners (and other sports)
The Monday class has now moved to Park Barceloneta and will be taken by Britta as Anthony is on full time daddy duty on a Monday evening until the end of April.

• What is it? - This class is designed to strengthen the whole body with an emphasis on run specific conditioning. Aiming to prevent injury by strengthening those weak muscles and stretching those problem areas. This will be hugely beneficial to our runners all of whom who should do some strength and conditioning work at least once a week. By coming along to class you get to do this under the instruction of an experienced coach and in the company of your friends from running intervals.
• Where is it? - The class takes place in Park Barceloneta. See the map for the location.
• When is it? - Strength and conditioning classes take place on a Monday evening at 7.30pm (Park Barceloneta), Wednesday evening at 7 pm (Park Barceloneta), and Thursday evening at 6pm (Park Barceloneta).
• Who runs it? - The Monday class is lead by Britta. A long term member of PB:Running, Britta is a qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
• How much is it? - €10 a class however you can buy an unlimited class pass which will give you access to all PB:Running classes for the calendar month for €40.
• Anything else? - Before you attend your very first class with me, you will be required to fill out a par-q which you can complete here.

**This 8 March, we’re gathering by the sea to celebrate women in watersports and the space we’re creating together** 💙🌊
Join us for a relaxed walk to a local beach, followed by time to sit on the sand, and go for an optional sea dip.

**What we’ll do**
We’ll meet in central Sitges. From there, we’ll take a gentle 20 minute walk through town and along the coast to a pretty local beach.
Once there, we’ll sit together on the sand - and go for an optional sea dip. It's a lovely way to start Sunday and leave invigorated for the rest of the day!
Charlotte will guide a short, simple reflection for International Women’s Day. We might do some oracle cards or have a fun chat about our favourite watersports.

In the spirit of International Women’s Day, we gather to honor the feminine principle of care - the capacity to nurture, hold, soften, and sustain life.
This circle is open to women and to anyone who wishes to honor and support the quality of care within themselves and others. Friends and partners are warmly welcome.
Together we will share a morning in nature, practicing yoga, meditation, and guided self-massage in a supportive and intimate setting.
**What We’ll Do**
**Grounding Yoga Practice**
We begin with an accessible, breath-led yoga sequence designed to:
* Release accumulated tension
* Improve circulation and mobility
* Cultivate strength and softness simultaneously
* Bring awareness back into the body
No prior experience is required.
**Meditation in Movement**
* A guided conscious movement ritual inspired by the four virtues (*brahmaviharas*) of Buddhist psychology: loving-kindness, compassion, appreciative joy, and equanimity.
* An embodied exploration that invites you to experience these qualities through creative movement rather than seated meditation.
* A practice that supports deeper connection between body and mind.

Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country.
