Saturday afternoon run/walk and beer with HH3
Hogtown Hash House Harriers (HH3) is a Toronto social running and beer drinking group, with runs happening every other Saturday, plus one Thursday and one Friday per month. We start at different locations across the city, run as a group, and typically end at a local pub where we continue to socialize. Expect plenty of laughs, songs, quirky traditions, and a beer stop or two along the way. Walkers and non-beer drinkers are also welcome!
HH3’s Saturday run is typically 5-8 km, with a shorter trail for walkers. Meet and greet is at 5pm to start run around 5:30pm.
Date / Time: Saturday May 23 @ 5pm
Start location: Samara Brewery, 90 Cawthra Ave, Toronto
Nearest TTC stop: Subway line 2 to Keele, then bus north to West Toronto Street
Cost: $10 for drinkers, $2 for non-drinkers, paid at start of trail.
Note: Most of our regular members do not use Meetup, so you can expect to meet more people than those who RSVPd here.

There is a cosmic shift happening on the planet and women are tired of playing second fiddle in this game of life. Playing small not only keeps you from manifesting what you truly want, but it also holds you back from living out your divine purpose. I’ve been there, stuck, held back, and yearning to break free and frankly being in that place plain 'ol sucks!
What if you could step up and make a difference; a meaningful contribution in this world by just being you? How might the landscape of your life look?
Over for the past six years, I’ve worked with women who are looking to break out of the spell of smallness. It pangs me to see women depressed, depleted, disconnected and downright insecure. One of the reasons many of my clients rave about the work we do together is because I provide immediate results. What I teach is inherent within you but there are layers of gunk bogging you down from access this wisdom yourself. Spinning your wheels, and living a life of lack is no way to live, beautiful. You are so much more!
What can you expect from our sessions together:
• A solid understanding of what feminine energy is, and how to use it to have your way with the world
• Develop a physical and energetic presence that attracts what you want: personally and professionally.
• Feel more comfortable with your sensuality, and with receiving positive attention.
• Experience more passion in your life - particularly your love life.
• Be more at ease setting clear boundaries with others.
• Learn to be in flow rather than always pushing and striving to make things happen.
• Look and feel more sexy, confident and radiant
• Gain clarity about your life purpose and the greatest gifts you have to offer the world
• Establish or strengthen your intuitive guidance
Book a FREE 30-minute discovery call to learn how I can help support you on your journey to coming home to yourself as a woman. This means MORE self-love, MORE self-confidence, MORE clarity, MORE empowerment and saying YES to living out your divine mission.

“Before working with Amanda, I was the dried-out, work-obsessed intellectual. I lived in my head and felt completely severed from the neck-down. I over-intellectualized emotionally-charged situations to avoid being present…I am [now] able to ease my ‘mind-babble’, step into my power as a woman knowing that I am safe and secure within my own space, and practice expressing my needs and desires from a more authentic place… Amanda helped me to be trust in the power of vulnerability, surrender, and acceptance. It has been a pleasurable journey! ~ Stefanie T.

Observation Decks, City Icons & A Once-a-Year Experience
Some places in Toronto you walk past every day… but rarely get to go inside.
This is your chance.
Join us for a special Doors Open Toronto outing, where we’ll explore two of the city’s most iconic buildings — including access to spaces that aren’t usually open to the public.
This event only happens once a year, and it’s one of the best ways to experience the city from a completely different perspective.
This is not a formal tour.
It’s a social outing — with incredible views, a bit of history, and shared discovery.

🏙️ What We’ll Do
We’ll start at TD Bank Tower (66 Wellington St W), part of the Toronto-Dominion Centre — one of the finest examples of modernist architecture in the city, designed by legendary architect Mies van der Rohe.
We’ll head up to the observation area (approximately 223 metres high), where you’ll get a stunning view of Toronto’s skyline from a space that isn’t typically open to the public.
From there, we’ll walk over to Toronto City Hall and visit its observation deck.
Opened in 1965 and designed by Finnish architect Viljo Revell, City Hall’s curved twin towers and central council chamber make it one of Toronto’s most recognizable landmarks.
From above, you’ll get a completely different view of Nathan Phillips Square and the downtown core.
⚠️ Please note: both locations are very popular during Doors Open, so there will likely be wait times. Part of the experience is the buzz and energy of the day.
Afterward, we’ll head over to CF Toronto Eaton Centre for a casual lunch in the food court. 🍔🥗
You’re welcome to join or head out whenever you like.

**🏛️ What Is Doors Open Toronto?**
Doors Open Toronto is a free annual city-wide event that opens the doors to architecturally, historically, and culturally significant buildings across Toronto.
