Private Substance Misuse Support Group
Private Substance Misuse Support Group
This group is a private substance misuse support group, for individuals who are experiencing difficulties in their relationship with drugs/alcohol. The group is facilitated by a trained and qualified Janus worker. This group is designed to offer support, encouragement and to provide a forum, that allows you to make informed choices. The objective of this group is to liberate you from the labels of addiction, dependency, illness sickness and "disease", replacing them with the more proactive terminology of choice, responsibility, self control and decision making. Janus does not use the 12 step model. It uses the Janus approach to working with substance use called "The Resonance Factor" http://bit.ly/Resonance_blog Hopefully you will find these groups informative, innovative and creative. Before entering this group could you contact CHRISTOPHER ROBIN on 07515663621 to discuss the finer details regarding payment and room number in the venue etc.

Then, when the Jade Temple Online started, the world gathered in one place. In the same spirit of love and what I’d like to call sisterhood medicine. Since its birth in London in 2007, the Jade Circle® has visited 14 countries over four continents. I'm grateful for the countless places that have hosted me. I look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to the Jade Circle®! *In Delight & Sisterhood,* *Anamarta*

Unspoken: An Intimate Women's Get-Together in the Park (London)
Unspoken: An Intimate Women's Get-Together in the Park (London)
Have you been feeling like no matter what you say, others don't understand? Like there isn't a safe space for you to speak? So tired of explaining yourself that not saying anything is easier? If yes, this get-together is for you. **What is Unspoken?** Unspoken is an intimate, in-person get-together for 9 women in London, held in a beautiful park with a small cafe. It's a space where we share our truth surrounded by women who will actually listen. Not question, not advise, not judge, not fix... Just listen. This isn't a workshop. There's no teaching, no framework, no agenda. It's a soft afternoon outdoors, where women come to finally say what they've been holding, or to listen to others doing the same. **Why I'm hosting this** I'm Eva, the founder of Heart X Mind, a neuroscience-informed approach to identity and emotional wellbeing. A couple of months ago, during a meditation, I had a vision of women gathered around me in a park, vibrating at a sacred frequency, speaking a truth only they could understand. I didn't know what it meant... Until recently. I'd been struggling to use my voice for weeks. So I sat in meditation and asked myself what I truly wanted. The answer came fast and clear: 'Listen.' The second I said it, my shoulders dropped, my body softened, and the vision came back more vivid than ever. A beautiful get-together of women where all I do is give them space to speak their truth. Because they need to be heard. And all they need from me right now is to listen. This is why I've created Unspoken. **What the afternoon will look like** We meet at a park with a beautiful little cafe. We grab snacks, a coffee, whatever feels good, and then we do whatever our body tells us to. If you want to share what's been weighing on you, you share. If you want to listen, you listen. If you want to lay in the grass and look at the sky, you do that. This is YOUR space. **Why 9 women only** To respect the sacred energy. 9 in numerology symbolises the closing of cycles. Today we close the cycle where you shrink your voice, and open the one where you unapologetically speak your truth. **Details** 📍 A London park (exact location shared with confirmed attendees) 📅 Saturday 23rd May 2026 🕑 2pm 💛 Free to attend **What to bring** * Yourself, exactly as you are * A blanket * A pillow if you fancy it * Snacks if you want them, or you can grab them at the cafe (they have some beautiful cakes too) **Who this is for** Self-aware women in London who are ready to be heard, ready to listen, and ready to spend an afternoon in nature with other women on a similar journey. You don't need to be in crisis, you don't need to know what you'll share, you just need to listen to your body. DM and I'll send you the exact location. You've been quiet for a long time, now it's your time to speak.

Lesbian BSL Club
Lesbian BSL Club
**What this is** A lot of women have said they want a space where they can actually meet and communicate properly, so this is a simple BSL social. It’s a group of women meeting at the bar, practising British Sign Language, chatting properly, and spending a couple of hours together. Most women come on their own. That’s completely normal here and we make sure you don’t feel it. Women usually range from their 20s through to their 60s. It’s normally a mix of new and returning women, so you won’t be the only new person there. If you’re feeling nervous, that’s very common. You can message beforehand or on the day and we can help you settle in. [www.thelcommunity.com/bsl-club/](https://thelcommunity.com/bsl-club/) **Where to find us** BFI Bar London **What to expect** Some women already know some BSL, others are completely new. The setup makes it easy to actually practise and communicate rather than just sit and watch. You can go at your own pace and join in as much or as little as you want. **Important** This is a female-only lesbian space. That boundary is clear and upheld at events. **How to attend** You must register in advance to attend [www.thelcommunity.com/events](https://www.thelcommunity.com/events) One quick note on how the community works L Community is member-funded. The standard contribution is £13 per month and covers the platform, events, moderation, and safeguarding. If £13 isn’t workable right now, you can opt out. Most people just come to a few things first and decide later. Support can be changed or cancelled at any time [www.thelcommunity.com/back-us-now](https://www.thelcommunity.com/back-us-now) **Arriving and support** If you’re nervous or can’t find us, Message and we can come and meet you WhatsApp Jenny +44 7591 386019 **Staying connected** To access WhatsApp groups and stay part of the network: [www.thelcommunity.com/go](https://www.thelcommunity.com/go)

Men's Group meetup
**The idea for this group is to build a community where men can gather together and build connections & learn and grow from each other.** How we start each meeting is by each of us checking in with our "roses and thorns" aka what are the good things and the bad things going on in your life recently? Then we will go into a topic discussion. \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- **COMMUNITY AGREEMENTS** \*\*THERE WILL BE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR NO-SHOWS. IF YOU RSVP TO A MEETING AND FAIL TO SHOW UP WITHOUT NOTICE, YOU'LL BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUP. THIS IS TO PRESERVE THE INTEGRITY OF THE GROUP\*\* 1. Confidentiality - EVERYTHING that is shared NEVER leaves this space so that this space remains safe and sacred. There is a zero tolerance policy for this. If a man is in violation of this, they will be permanently removed from the group. 2. Non-Judgement - we respect and honor every man’s truth so that we may receive the same from others. While we may not agree on everything, we commit to respecting every man’s perspectives and engaging in honorable discussion with one another. 3. Be committed - honor your commitment to this group and to yourself. If you attend a meeting, please commit yourself fully to the meeting. Also be committed to your own journey. When we fail, we own it & clean it up. 4. Speak from the heart - this is NOT a space to “look good”, have the “right” answers, and have it all together. Relax and know you are not alone. Be exactly who you are within the safety of this space. 5. Be supportive - This means always willing to provide encouragement to your fellow men, encourage action and momentum in each other’s lives.. Be willing to challenge each other. Be willing to hold each other accountable. 6. Participation - what you receive from this community will be a reflection of what you put into it. Period. We ask that you share your perspectives, reflect on others, and give/receive support when and where it’s needed.
