We'll meet just opposite the Sandringham station, then walk along the beach path towards Brighton and back, the usual 1-hour walk. Our Tuesday evening class will have you moving and grooving to the beat. We build in strength and resistance training into every class, you won't even feel like you're exercising. One 55 minute workout will have you burning calories and building strength, flexibility and boosting your mood! We offer a trial class for $10 then if you like it you can purchase our 2 month unlimited class pass to all our classes for just $99.

We’re still working to get more people into these Meetups, but our goal is to give PlayYourCourt members a few social tennis outings each week in addition to your practice sessions and Challenge League matches. These Meetups are co-ed, super laid back, and all skill levels are welcome. Post your skill level and a suggested court in the comments section so we can round up as many players as we can for some tennis fun! Meet at Wolfe Park parking lot by tennis courts. We willl walk along Alum Creek trail, through Jeffrey Mansion Park then along Bexley neighborhood and back. Optional lunch at Trolley District.

This trail is a meandering path through the woods. There will be some overlooks and a couple stops at the creek as well as time along a waterway. It will not be a fast paced hike. There is some elevation change and uneven terrain. I will be using poles just to be safe! Will aim to get in about three miles. Optional lunch after if there is an interest.

Hike approx 4.0 miles at approx. 18 minute mile pace. Meet in front of the Nature Center.
