Womens Safe Haven Project
A gentle invitation to the Sisterhood 🌿✨
If you’re a woman who has experienced trauma and are looking for a safe, supportive, and understanding community, then this is for you💛
Join us for a lighthearted, soul-nourishing evening designed to help you unwind, recharge, and connect with like-minded women.
This is a relaxed, welcoming space to get to know the Sisterhood—where conversation flows easily, laughter is encouraged, and you can simply show up as you are.
Sip on a warm herbal tea, settle in, and enjoy meaningful connection in a supportive and easygoing atmosphere. Whether you feel like sharing or just listening, you’re invited to be part of a circle that values warmth, authenticity, and togetherness.
Due to the cost of living pressures, this will be a donation-based event so you only give what feels right for you.
Come as you are. Leave feeling a little lighter, a little more connected, and gently recharged 💛
Midlife Women Rising
Come along and join an exclusive and empowering gathering created especially for us Amazing women aged 50+.
Its an all inclusive gathering to connect, reflect, and be real about this powerful stage of life. Reaffirming that this phase is meant to be lived and enjoyed, not endured!
This chapter often brings a mix of shifts, changing relationships, evolving identities, hormonal transitions, and a body that may feel unfamiliar at times. Many women are navigating children leaving home, redefining purpose, or simply asking, “What now?”
Together, we’ll share stories, laughter, and honest conversation in a supportive and welcoming environment. This is a place to feel seen, understood, and uplifted — to explore what’s changing, what’s emerging, and what truly matters moving forward.
You don’t need to have it all figured out or to silently navigate through this phase on your own. So come as you are, enjoy a glass of bubbles or if you prefer something non-alcoholic and connect with the Sisterhood.
\- Due to the cost of living pressures\, this will be a 'Donation" based event so you only give what you feel is right for you\.
Spots are limited so don't miss out, and I really look forward to meeting you then :))
Monthly Gals Walk (replacing the brunch)
**The Gals Monthly Walk**
Replacing our women's only monthly brunch, we bring you our *Monthly Gals Walk*.
As the months get cooler, and cost of living goes up, we need a place to be held accountable to getting out of bed, getting in our exercise and not spending a tonne of money we don't need to.
Our monthly women's brunches have always been a space where we can be surrounded by like-minded women in a super welcoming setting, discuss important topics related to bettering ourselves and get below the surface level small talk - all whilst making some great new friends!
You can still expect all of this at our monthly walks.
Our *May* edition will focus on the topic of **BUDGETING TIPS & HACKS.**
Bring all of your go-to tips, bring your questions you need answered and let's connect through movement and coffee.
If the weather turns, we will still go ahead, just indoors at a local cafe.
Make sure you follow our IG page for latest updates on events:

We are open to all ages 18+ as long as you identify with being female, young spirited and open minded. We can learn so much from different women at different stages of life.
**Meeting Location: Baker Bleu, 183 Domain Road South Yarra.**

Sharon Woods HIKE
Hi ladies. Let's hike the Edward Thomas, Spring Creek, and a little multi-purpose trail - approximately 4 miles.
Please bring a water bottle as needed and appropriate shoes. Meet in the Maple Grove Picnic area.
Hike Pickerington Ponds
**We'll hike 3.4 miles on the Killdeer and Yellowlegs Trails - both out and back gravel trails. If we want more mileage we can repeat an out and back. Pace of around 3.5 mph, no one left behind and those who want to go faster sure can!**
**As always optional lunch after.**
**This is the second Metro Park in the lineup - with 21 to go (plus more are being added).**
**Also I have a conflict and am not available so have asked Karin to lead!**
Hike Chestnut Ridge
We will hike the Ridge Trail and Meadows Trail twice, for a total of 3.8 miles. There are some pretty good inclines so plan on getting a cardio workout :). This is a loop which is pretty easy to follow; thus faster walkers can take the lead and the rest (like me) will bring up the rear at a slightly slower pace. You could also just do the loop once for 1.9 miles. No one left behind.
Optional lunch to follow in Canal Winchester.
I'm working through the metro parks - this is the third one!
