Join us this Saturday morning for a self-awareness experience through dance, designed to help you feel strong, confident, sexy, light, and fully alive. 💃🏽✨ This weekend, we are using Salsa and principles of Yoga Sculpt to sweat a lot and strengthen our bodies while having A LOT of fun. This is a recurrent class happening in a lovely dance studio, filled with incredible females. We often stay for lunch together at a café of our choice, because community is part of the experience. In the sessions, we usually explore: • Grounded hip movement and natural body isolation • Combinations focused on flow and expression • Musicality and rhythm connection • Confidence through dynamic footwork • Your authentic, inner energy. This will arise naturally as you move without holding back This class is open to **all levels**. Most students have no or little experience with dance. Choreographies are just a means of self-expression. Whether you already dance or you simply want to feel your body again, this space is for you. Expect warmth, laughter, a little challenge and a lot of energy. Let's have a lovely afternoon in St Annes park. We can check out the food stalls, go for a walk and chill on the grass. Weather is finally suppose to be nice (fingers crossed). We can meet at the gates at Olives Cafe. The 130 bus will take you there which operates from Talbot st just outside Lidl's. Also if you have a doggie, feel free to bring him. Let's explore the lunar landscapes of the Howth peninsula. We start with a 15 mins hike (ie. not a walk to be done with flat soled shoes. Hiking shoes/trainers and long sleeved T-Shirts are recommended) to the beach itself. Views second to none. Meetup place summit car park. Please note that the swim is at your own risk, we are not lifeguards, we just organise to meet and bring like minded people together!

Hi all, lets meet at 12h to play Beach Volleyball in BullIsland, near the car park on the "Statue of Our Lady, Star Of The Sea" side of BullIsland. From Clontarf Rd cross over "The Wooden Bridge" and keep going on until the end, turn left when you see the beach car park and keep going to the left. We will set the nets beside the car park 😉 Please avoid to park at the beach because the car can get stuck on the sand. If you come by car park as soon as you find space and then walk. The idea is to have lunch at the beach and play beach volleyball. Please bring water, sun glasses (for the sand more than the sun) and sun cream (even when it's cloudy you can still get burned with the wind). I would love to create another lovely healthy group to have fun with and enjoy the weather whenever it's possible. All levels are welcome because the goal is to have fun and do some exercise. Hi Ladies , Let's Hike Blendon Woods Metro Park . We will meet at the nature center parking lot. Hiking about 4 miles completing the blendon woods loop and the sugarbush trail . Wear appropriate footwear and bring water for hydration .
