This is an in-person meeting. At this meeting you will get answers to depression and anxiety. Find out the source of them and how to get rid of them. Did you know that unwanted emotions like anxiety, depression, unhappiness, loneliness, hopelessness, anger, fear, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not due to a chemical imbalance in your brain from some nebulous chemical reaction "by chance". Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life. Come to our Meetup, where we can introduce you to some of the knowledge, tools and techniques of the breakthroughs in the field of the mind that we can apply to this ever important area of life. I have mentioned it before on our Facebook group page, but I have started to run out of ideas for our Meetup gatherings. For the last year, we have discussed AI a lot. We have discussed what the AI options are for WordPress, Prompt theories, Agents and many other AI things. I am afraid I will start repeating myself if we continue the AI and WordPress route. Then I decided that this is a great topic for discussion! Let's discuss what direction the WordPress Knoxville Meetup group should go. April Meetup is "Cookies, WordPress, Tech Support and Directions" We are going to have Happiness Bar and discussion of what topics you would want to discuss and in what direction our group should go. If you have opinions and topics bring them on! What is a Happiness Bar? It is an opportunity to share your WordPress stories, seek WordPress guidance, and bring your volunteer spirit to assist those with WordPress website issues. WordPress crowd support. I will bring cookies, and you just need to bring your WordPress attitude and all your ideas for WordPress Knoxville. If you need assistance with your site, please bring your laptop. It may be necessary to present the issue to the group as a whole. It would be great to see you in person, but you can also join us remotely.

Greetings writers! Come down and join your fellow wordsmiths for one hour of uninterrupted writing time in the upper level of the Market District Supermarket in Upper Arlington. The main entrance of the shopping center opens onto stairs/elevator leading up to the 2nd floor cafe section where we will have a table displaying a sign with the Shut Up & Write logo. Writing is largely a solitary craft. Practicing with others in a community setting may be the thing you need to fire your own routine. We’ll meet on Wednesday evenings, starting the clock at 6:30, following a brief period of introductions. This is solid writing time and all inclusive. Any project is acceptable, be it fiction, non -fiction, work or homework assignment. All is welcome and will remain private to you. The market boasts a Starbucks, a full service bar and various affordable food options. Parking is plentiful, free Wifi is provided as well as outlets for charging your devices, though they are somewhat limited, so plan accordingly. Show up as early as you like, or stay late. This group tends to socialize some, both before and after the alloted time, but this is not mandatory to you. Feel free to come and go as you please and late arrivals are welcome. The cafe may be noisy on occasion so headphones/ earbuds are reccommended as you see fit. Please try to RSVP if possible so that we may grab enough seats for all—the venue can be busy at times. The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called "Going to HCCO" and we still like to think of it as our flagship event.
