Join a **beginner-friendly Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) class** focused on health, movement, and steady learning. No prior martial arts experience is required. These are **FREE weekly meetups** covering the fundamentals of **Chen Style Hunyuan Taijiquan**, including basic alignment, breath and intent coordination, and introductory work on **24 & 48 Fist Forms**, **48 Sword Form**, **push-hands**, and **qigong**. Classes include **Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced groups**, suitable for both newcomers and experienced practitioners. Flow class is a style of yoga that is moving from one posture to another posture in synchronizing with our breath. The class will begin with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. Along the way, view the now-defunct railway truss bridge across Sungei Ulu Pandan, part of the old Jurong line. A family of otters lives there too! If you are lucky, you will get to see them.
