Parlarem d’estratègies pràctiques, recursos accessibles i mentalitat emprenedora per transformar idees en projectes reals, fins i tot amb pressupostos limitats. A més, incorporarem un enfocament de millora personal i motivació, treballant aspectes clau com la confiança, la gestió de la por al fracàs i la constància, elements essencials per iniciar qualsevol camí emprenedor. Empieza la temporada de alergias y altibajos emocionales. A cambio, aparecen las flores y el verde crudo para crear los contrastes de paisaje más brutales de todo el año. Para nosotr@s, Semana Santa es una experiencia emocionante diseñada con poco sentido del drama humano. En esta ocasión nos dirigimos a Ariège en Francia para cultivar, regar y recolectar alegría y paliza alpina. Con recuerdos del pasado y sueños del futuro, iremos a crear un presente idóneo en nuestro espacio común de culto, que es, sin duda, la montaña. Cuatro días de rutas fusión. Sin saber aún si el terreno estará nevado, congelado o seco, nos armamos con raquetas, crampones, flexibilidad, tolerancia y ale-ale, lo que nos echen estará bien. En la colección ‘’Pirineos impredecibles”. Indiferentemente de las condiciones del terreno, nos lanzaremos a bailar con la inmensidad disfrutando de unos Pirineos poco transitados y exageradamente espectaculares. Lagos llenos de verticalidad, colores de abril y laderas que, aunque aparenten ser áridas y antipáticas, esconden un mundo lleno de vida, miles de flores y misterios geológicos. Cultivaremos una sintonía entre la mente, el cuerpo y el monte. Join us every other Sunday for the Open Clown Workshop at The Comedy Clubhouse Barcelona. Whether you’re an experienced clown wanting to exercise your clowning muscles or a complete beginner full of curiosity this workshop is for you. Sessions will usually focus on one particular aspect of clown for example: bafflement, befriending uncertainty, staying curious, freedom in failure, connecting with your pleasure, finding the game, eye contact with the audience. Our usual workshop teachers are experienced clowns who perform regularly in Barcelona and around the world. They have either trained with the legendary clown master Philipe Gaulier; performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival; organised their own cabaret shows; or have experience of developing clown numbers elsewhere. While every teacher has different strengths and exercises they’ll share, each workshop is designed to inspire you and help develop your skills as a comedic performer. This is a great place to meet new people, play games, have fun & learn new skills! The session lasts from 15.00 until 17:30 and it operates as a Pay What You Want workshop (suggested donation between 5 and 15 euros). Greetings writers! Come down and join your fellow wordsmiths for one hour of uninterrupted writing time in the upper level of the Market District Supermarket in Upper Arlington. The main entrance of the shopping center opens onto stairs/elevator leading up to the 2nd floor cafe section where we will have a table displaying a sign with the Shut Up & Write logo. Writing is largely a solitary craft. Practicing with others in a community setting may be the thing you need to fire your own routine. We’ll meet on Wednesday evenings, starting the clock at 6:30, following a brief period of introductions. This is solid writing time and all inclusive. Any project is acceptable, be it fiction, non -fiction, work or homework assignment. All is welcome and will remain private to you. The market boasts a Starbucks, a full service bar and various affordable food options. Parking is plentiful, free Wifi is provided as well as outlets for charging your devices, though they are somewhat limited, so plan accordingly. Show up as early as you like, or stay late. This group tends to socialize some, both before and after the alloted time, but this is not mandatory to you. Feel free to come and go as you please and late arrivals are welcome. The cafe may be noisy on occasion so headphones/ earbuds are reccommended as you see fit. Please try to RSVP if possible so that we may grab enough seats for all—the venue can be busy at times.
