**Alone for the holidays? We've got you!** If you’re new to the city or simply don’t have anyone to spend the season with, this evening is built for you. Share a dinner, meet new people in small groups, and end the night with a relaxed party where connections can naturally grow. **What to expect:** * Dinner in small groups (max 8 per table, you purchase your meal) * Smart matching based on your signup answers, so you sit with people you’re likely to connect with * After dinner: music, dancing, and meeting everyone else * A fully offline, phone-free atmosphere This event is also the **promotion of a new friendship app** designed for people who struggle to find available friends or who are building a social life from scratch. The idea: choose the date, time, and place, the app matches you with a group and sends out invites to people who fit your vibe. For this event, you won’t need to use the app, **but downloading it is required** so you can start using it right after if you like the concept. **And yes the app itself is completely free.**

In Underwater Cities, which takes about 30-45 minutes per player, players represent the most powerful brains in the world, brains nominated due to the overpopulation of Earth to establish the best and most livable underwater areas possible. Depending on player's experience with the game we will play one or two expansions (Discoveries and Data Era).

I propose a game of Lost Ruins of Arnak. In the year 19XX, a mysterious island has been discovered. Teams of explorers engage into a race to be the first to decipher the remains of the lost civilisation which inhabited the island. LROA is a game of deck building and worker placement. Across 5 moon phases (5 game rounds), you must balance your turns between gathering resources and spending them to progress through the island and the study of its ruins. All expansions will be available, which does not add much complexity to the base game. We will likely play one of the boards of the last expansion (spider or owl temple).
