When you arrive, just tell the friendly folks at La Boheme reception that you are with the writing group. They will give you a little wooden knick-knack with the wifi codes and a number that they use to determine the cost based on time spent (it's 3,80 € per hour, paid at the end). ***Now, about Ready-Set-Write! ..*.** Ready Set Write! is a regular meeting of motivated writers who grab a beverage, then shut up and write. ***What it is:*** An opportunity for writers to get together and do short, intense bursts of writing. We write for 45-ish minutes, take a 15 minute break, rinse & repeat. ***What it is NOT:*** neither a forum for critiquing each other's work, nor shameless self-promoting your projects or groups. We will start by climbing above the Viaduc des Arts to reach the Coulée Verte, an old line which linked Bastille to Varenne-Saint-Maur. This bucolic walk will take us through a succession of gardens, sometimes surprising buildings and Street Art. From there, we will join the Petite Ceinture, 12th arrondissement, another disused railway line which in its heyday in 1900 transported up to 39 million passengers. Ce dimanche, nous irons dessiner aux serres d'Auteuil. Nous nous retrouverons à 14:30 à l'entrée du jardin, située sur l'avenue de la Porte d'Auteuil après le square des Poètes (métro Porte d'Auteuil). Apportez votre matériel de dessin et votre carnet de croquis, un tabouret pliable si vous en avez un. Nous nous retrouverons ensuite à 17:00 au même endroit pour aller prendre un café et partager nos dessins. Tous niveaux bienvenus. Les serres sont chauffées, de quoi profiter de la verdure bien au chaud. This sunday, we will meet to draw at greenhouses d'Auteuil. We will meet at 2:30 pm at the entrance on avenue de la Porte d'Auteuil after the square des Poètes (Porte d'Auteuil station). Bring your drawing materials and sketchbook, a folding stool if you have one. We will then meet at 17:00 at the same place to go have a coffee together and share our drawings. All levels welcome. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice.
