The Mental Peace lab is a weekly meditation class where you get to tune in to peaceful mental states, which is the core of Buddhist meditation. Different approaches allow to do this, which we'll explore together. The class each time consists of a guided meditation, a practical and interactive Buddhist teaching and concludes with a nice collective meditation that draws from this teaching. After this, for those who wish, tea is served and we can chat :) The class is taught in English by an experienced meditator and translated sequentially into Greek. [Συμμετοχή μπορείτε να δηλώσετε πατώντας εδώ.](https://luma.com/yebxgu6e) ​ ⏳Για περίπου τρεις ώρες πάμε να "χαθούμε" μέσα της και να γίνουμε ένα με αυτήν! ​ 📹Το scouting και η βιντεοσκόπηση έγιναν 5 Μαΐου εξού οι φωτογραφίες που βλέπετε παρακάτω! ​ 🦋 Πρόκειται για μία πανέμορφη κυκλική διαδρομή 9,5 χιλιομέτρων με χαμηλό βαθμό δυσκολίας κατάλληλη και για αρχάριους με καλή φυσική κατάσταση! ​Η αρχική κατεύθυνση είναι προς σπήλαιο Πανός από Κρύα Πηγή Φυλής με ενδιάμεση αλλαγή πορείας προς το ρέμα της Γκούρας. Τα πρώτα 4 χιλιόμετρα είναι μέσα σε πανέμορφα γραφικά μονοπάτια βγαλμένα μέσα από παραμύθι. Η υπόλοιπη διαδρομή είναι πιο ξεκούραστη σε απόλυτα ομαλό δασικό δρόμο μέσα στο δάσος! ​ ⚠️ Ωστόσο πρέπει να γνωρίζετε ότι υπάρχει ένα μικρό σημείο στο μονοπάτι περίπου 200 μέτρων που είχε καεί στην τελευταία πυρκαγιά. Εκεί έχει επέμβει η δασική υπηρεσία και έχει κόψει καμένους κορμούς δέντρων με αποτέλεσμα να καθιστούν εκείνα τα 200 μέτρα δύσβατα. Θα πρέπει να περάσουμε πάνω από τους κομμένους κορμούς! 🤷🏻‍♂️ ​ ⚠️ Η ακριβής διάρκεια της δραστηριότητας θα εξαρτηθεί από τον ομαδικό ρυθμό βάδισης καθώς και τις στάσεις που θα κάνουμε. ​Σύσταση για υποδήματα με αντιολισθητική σόλα. 1. ​750ml νερό τουλάχιστον μαζί σας. 2. RSVP as soon as possible to secure your spot!! If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation **ASAP** so those on the wait list are able to RSVP and attend!!! **Meeting Room:** Enter the coffee shop, walk straight towards the play area and on your left you will see a meeting room just past the bathrooms. The room has a TV, white board, and walls are painted green. **What to Bring:** Whatever helps you focus, and be productive. There is a wall outlet at each end of the room, so you're able to bring your laptop to write. You're welcome to bring headphones if you enjoy listening to music while working. **Parking & Accessibility:** there is a large parking lot out front and it is free! Looking for a quiet, focused space to write? Come be part of our writing group—a dedicated time just for writing alongside fellow writers in your community. No readings, no critiques, no peer-review—just you writing within a supportive atmosphere. 7pm-7:15pm: Find your seat, set up your writing station, quick intro's. 7:15pm-8:45 pm: An hour and a half of silent focused writing. 8:45pm-9pm: Quick debrief, pack and head home.
