But, if you don't have a mat, Monday is pretty mellow and you can get by with a blanket or towel. Class is outside on the grass or on concrete (overlooking the Mediterranean!). Bring apero to share for aprés-yoga down on the beach with everyone. Bring your suit if you want to swim! 🇬🇧Toastmasters Nice is a bilingual (French and English) Toastmasters club, where we improve our public speaking and communication skills. Petite course à pied sur Cagnes-sur-Mer, histoire de relancer le groupe. L'objectif n'est pas de faire des chronos, mais plus de voir de nouvelles personnes et de faire une activité de groupe. Un niveau moyen en course est requis quand même.
