🌸 Online Women’s Circle | Meditation & Journaling – Relax the Belly
🌸 **Free online gathering**

After this, we will continue meeting on the **first Sunday of each month**.
A space to begin the month by returning to yourself.
This women’s circle is an invitation to give yourself one hour to pause, slow down, and reconnect with your body, your inner voice, and other women. A simple and caring commitment: beginning the month with meditation and journaling in community.
You can think of it as a small personal ritual, creating the habit of listening to yourself, writing, and setting intentions for the month ahead.
We meet online on Sunday afternoons to gently transition into a new week and a new month, creating a moment of presence, reflection, and intention.
During this 1-hour session we will explore:
✨ a guided meditation to arrive in the body
✨ a journaling practice to connect with what is alive in you
✨ a space for sharing, where you are welcome to speak or simply listen
No previous experience is needed. You are welcome just as you are.
Please have a notebook and a pen nearby, and join from a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted during the session.
You are welcome to join once, or come back each month. The choice is yours.
The first circles are offered for free in order to create community and open this space to more women.
Participants who register for the event will receive the **Google Meet link** before the circle begins.

Vinyasa Yoga 75 Minutes | Strong Flow
Daisy's Vinyasa Flow Yoga places great emphasis on the perfect combination of one inhalation, one exhalation, and body flow. The postures are completed in one breath cycle, with smooth movements similar to flowing clouds and flowing water. The difficulty level gradually increases, while the movement balances high and low intensity.
In class we explore our bodies from the outside to the inside, from one posture to another the energy processes are continuous. Fluid transitions in Vinyasa Flow Yoga allow students to improve energy levels and vitality, makes us balanced and at peace with ourselves.
**Duration: 75 minutes Difficulty: Level 2 ( Intermediate)**
At the end of yoga practice, Daisy will take you into a Yoga Nidra (ancient relaxation technique also called "the sleep of the yogi") with the sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls.
### Important Information
\- If you do sign up for the event\, **please take it seriously**. If you need to cancel, do it at least 24 hours in advance.
\- Your gratitude and feedback are the most welcome\. I enjoy sharing yoga\, so I decided to make this yoga event **free donation-based**. Suggested contribution: EUR 5 or more. This small donations will be used to improve my yoga studio and teaching curriculum.
\- Bring your own mat if you'd like \(we do **have enough yoga mats** for all students though) and make sure you arrive on time: at least 5 minutes before class starts so you have time to settle in. The door opens 20 min before class starts; you are welcome to arrive early and hang out!

Real Estate #3: Kasteel Broekhuizen — A Country Estate of Ruins & Hidden Stories
**Sunday, March 15th – 13:00**
**Meeting point:** Bus stop *Donderberg*, Leersum
For the third edition of **Real Estate**, our series dedicated to exploring some of the most fascinating villas, estates and historic residences in the Netherlands, we head to the green heart of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug to discover **Kasteel Broekhuizen**.
Hidden among forests and rolling landscapes near Leersum, Broekhuizen is a country estate with **medieval roots and a turbulent history**. Over the centuries, it has known periods of prosperity, destruction and reconstruction — and today it stands as a quiet witness to how history, landscape and architecture continuously reshape each other.
During our walk, we’ll explore the **estate and its surrounding park**, uncovering stories about:
* the rise and fall of the estate
* its phases of destruction and rebuilding
* hidden corners and forgotten traces in the landscape
* and the role of the **Van Nellesteyn family** in shaping its history
This is not just a visit to a beautiful country house, but a journey through **layers of time**, where nature and history are deeply intertwined.

* **Walk length:** approx. 3.4 km
* The route goes through parkland and forest paths, so comfortable shoes are recommended.
### After the walk
We’ll finish at **Bistro LOF**, the café/restaurant located within the castle estate itself, where we can enjoy a drink together — and for those who wish, also stay for something to eat — in a setting that perfectly complements the atmosphere of the place.

**In honour of Intl Women's Day 2026,** we’re creating a cosy, safe(r) space where FLINTA-people can take the stage!
On top of that, for the 𝑓𝑖𝑟𝑠𝑡 𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑒 𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑟, we’re hosting a small **art** **exhibition** alongside the storytelling. We'll showcase a few FLINTA artists' work❤️

Join us for some focused writing time. All writers and all experience levels are welcome and don’t worry, no one will see what you've written. This session is about getting your writing done and meeting other writers in your area.
When you show up, say hello to everyone, grab a drink, and get your writing tools ready. Once you’re all settled, take some time to chat with your fellow writers. Once everyone’s arrived, I will lead quick introductions and then set the timer for our quiet and focused writing session.
Afterward, we’ll have time to chat and get to know each other. We often talk about our successes and challenges as writers. If you don’t have time to stick around, no worries!

**Wie verzorgt de lessen?**
De lessen worden verzorgd door **Kries Mannie Sing**, een ervaren yogadocent met meer dan **55 jaar ervaring** in yoga en yogatherapie.
Gedurende de afgelopen **15 jaar** gaf hij onder andere yogalessen aan de **Universiteit Leiden**. Daarnaast was hij voorzitter van het bestuur van **HYMNS**, de Nederlandse tak van de wereldwijd bekende **Himalaya-traditie** voor yoga en meditatie.
Kries Mannie Sing is **opgeleid in India** en heeft zich gespecialiseerd in **yogatherapie voor kinderen en volwassenen**. Zijn lessen zijn diepgaand, zorgvuldig opgebouwd en afgestemd op de individuele mens.
Hij werd geïnitieerd door **Swami Veda Bharati**, discipel van **Swami Rama**.
Swami Veda Bharati was spiritueel leider van *The Himalayan Tradition for Yoga and Meditation*, een **meer dan 5000 jaar oude yogatraditie** met haar zetel in **Rishikesh, India**. In 2015 is Swami Veda bewust in *mahasamadhi* gegaan. Zijn opvolger is **Swami Ritawan**.
Yogalessen die worden gegeven binnen de **Himalaya-traditie** staan garant voor **zuivere yoga van het hoogste niveau**, met respect voor lichaam, geest en spirituele ontwikkeling.

Samen sporten, gewoon voor de fun, elke week een divers programma, met allerlei verschillende sporten. Je hoeft niet de beste te zijn, maar wel zin hebben om samen te spelen en te leren.
