Acro Yoga at Withrow Park
**Acro Yoga at Withrow Park with Isabelle**
Saturdays at 1:30pm \| Drop\-in welcome \| By donation
Join [Isabelle and Stuart](https://www.instagram.com/button.belle.acro/) every Saturday afternoon at Withrow Park for an outdoor acro yoga class.
The class is for beginners with no (or very little) experience. No partner is needed.
Each week we'll cover a few fundamental poses during the class, then we open it up into a community jam from 2pm-5pm so you can put what you learned into practice and connect with others.
The class is pay-what-you-can, there is no set price, and no pressure. Donations can be made by cash or via e-transfer to button.belle.acro@gmail.com. Most people give somewhere between $5 and $25, but whatever feels right for you is welcome!
Bring a mat or sarong/towel and a water bottle, and come ready to play!

Community Wim Hof practice
It's better when we're together. Come and experience the power of the WHM with a wonderful group of people. We breathe, we go into the cold and we teach our bodies to heat up properly. We develop resilience and the mindset to use these powerful healing tools over and over again, all year round. This gathering is fully guided by Wim Hof instructor Steve Beattie.
If you are new to this, come on down, enjoy the support and practice in a safe way with us. If you already have a WHM practice this meetup is a great way to take it to the next level, and make lots of new friends.
There will be a fire, snacks and drinks shared by other attendees. We have been doing this 6 for years!
