Session will include breathing and loosening exercises to prepare you for the asanas (poses), and we will end with relaxation and pranayamas. The class will focus on Hatha Yoga. Gradually and together we will build on strength and flexibility. I will also focus on mindfulness while incorporating elements of breath work. Each class will start off with some breathing ( to normalise the breathing rate ) and loosening exercises ( to remove lethargy ). We will then transit to Sun Salutations, Asanas flow and finally cooling off with relaxation. Beginners are welcome to join as I will provide different variations for each Asana. If you have had any recent injuries or surgeries, please share privately before the class and I can modify the asanas for you. Please arrive 10 minutes before with your own yoga mat, face towel and water. Fees Structure: 1. 4 sessions - $80 2. 8 sessions - $150 3. Drop in - $25/class I accept payment by Paynow.
