This will be an opportunity to dive deeper into your Soul’s path as ancient Tibetan Bowls and Gongs help you to connect to your deep/subtle self. Join us for an immersive and powerful sound healing experience that takes you on a journey into deep relaxation meeting the silence of your soul. During this session, you'll be gently guided into a meditative state as waves of sound from gongs, bowls and other healing instruments wash over you. Capoeira (capo-way-ra) is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that is unlike any other martial art. Capoeira incorporates flowing movements with kicks, dodges, and some acrobatics. Since it’s origins in the 17th century, it has evolved from a secret fighting practice into an art emphasizing self-expression and community celebration. It is great for the body and mind!
